Zettist created a new logo and an entire branding strategy for our indoor play space for young children. They created a perfect blend of playful, yet aesthetically pleasing vibes for our logo and carried it throughout the entire branding packet. Zettist was thoughout and caring throughout the entire process making sure we were always heading in the right direction with the design. From a custom logo to thoughtfully chosen fonts and colors, I now feel empowered and confident to begin the marketing process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were handed a perfect logo that encapsulated the playful side of our business, while also catering to the parents' needs. We were also given carefully thoughout fonts and colors. Our branding packet is full of useful information that has us confidently beinging our marketing process.

I'm an executive coach and founder of Wholeness at Work, a company devoted to bringing forth science-backed tools and products to help people understand and heal from workplace burnout.

We rebranded the website, have built and marketed 3 new product launches, and cultivated a strong and growing online presence through multiple social media channels. Zettist has effectively established our brand amongst the top tier of Enneagram-based burnout solutions in the market and we are growing more everyday!

We considered a few San Diego-based marketing/brand firms and went with Zettist for their approachable, data-driven, and design-forward approach. Jana and her team really know their stuff, and keep my team on track through regular updates to know what's working and what we need to adjust to meet our goals.

We work closely with Jana (owner), her photographer and creative, Rachel, and some others on her team through blog writing and copy creation.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The organic SEO, Instagram/Facebook, and content marketing work has been outstanding. We've grown our engagement online in the thousands of percentage points, and our last month was the highest grossing in product sales yet!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have monthly meetings to review goals and data, explore new ideas, and connect on big priorities. We communicate via email weekly and have lots of shared folders and project planning tools to stay organized.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Zettist understands the digital marketing space, and their knowledge of what works is unique! They are super grounded in the data, yet highly creative and design-oriented - the best of both worlds.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes the communication between our website designer and Zettist was a little choppy, but I think we've worked through those hurdles and have established great lines of open dialogue.

We interviewed several agencies and felt Zettist was a great fit given that they are small enough to provide very personal service, but experienced enough to have the knowledge and experience to execute successfully for us. We liked that they understood our space (hospitality, events). We also just felt like they were great people that we would enjoy working with.

They are providing ongoing content marketing for us in the way of blogs, emails, keywords, and other SEO/SEM services. We also receive occasional social media support as well. They provide content to us every month that we read and approve and they post on our behalf. We also meet once a month to review our results/progress.

Traffic to the website and events leads are up YOY the last two years. The blogs are a key component of this.

There is a lot of research that they do to ensure that the content is relevant and is optimized for the right keywords and maximum SEO impact. They are hardworking, take great pride, and care about their work.

The scope of work I hired Zettist for is extensive as it includes a complete outsourcing of the marketing and advertising functions of my e-cmmerce business. Some of the deliverables included:

1. Complete brand update/refresh
2. Clarification of brand voice
3. Shopify website UI/UX development
4. Generation of website copy, including extensive homepage and product detail page updates
5. A complete overhaul and deep dive into our current organix SEO position and development of roadmap of where we need to get to
6. Management of virtual team in southeast Asia

We are a relatively small flavor house located on the west coast. We manufacture flavors, do in house flavor application work and even product development work.
