The collaboration with the video studio was highly efficient, producing quality videos for the marketing funnel with minimal input required from us. This efficiency saved us considerable time during the briefing stage compared to past experiences. Although we've just started using these videos and don't have marketing metrics yet, their quality suggests they'll significantly impact our goals.

Even though we worked remotely, they really got our SaaS tool, probably because they've got SaaS experience. What really impressed me was their extra effort throughout our work together. That effort matters a lot to me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zelios Agency could have done differently?

Almost nothing comes to mind. Our first project together went very smoothly, so I don’t have any criticisms at this point. Typically, suppliers put in extra effort on the first project, so maybe down the line, there could be areas to improve, but as of now, nothing.

Video is everything now in this day and age! Understanding this, we wanted an explainer video on our website showing what we're all about and our services.

We spoke to a number of video production companies but ultimately we worked with Zelios because of their amazing customer service - the initial call I had with Vlad (the CEO) was a delight where he really took the time to understand our business, what we were looking to achieve, what our goals were with the video, the kind of style we were after and our deadlines.

He explained the process in detail and was open/honest throughout!

First thing we did was jump on a call to understand our goals for the video and the style we wanted. We provided the files and media that were necessary for them to complete their job. They came back with a story board, and we tweaked based on our needs, but it was more or less 90% there already!

After approving the storyboards, they pressed ahead with the video production, sent it to me for approval, we tweaked a couple more things, and then voila! It was all done and we couldn't be happier!

I worked with Vlad (CEO) and Alex (Project Manager). The process was easy, smooth and very professional.

We found Zelios agency searching online, we decided to work with them for many reasons, first, we saw the clients they are already working with and that gave us security, and all the contact with them since the beginning was super dynamic, quick, and flexible.

We had a few meetings with the Account Manager to go through all the details and close it, then we worked with the creative director, went over the script, made corrections, then approved the illustrations, then the animations, and finally the voice-over.

Also, the idea of our product is quite simple, we found out that our website does not explain it fully to potential customers. So we decided to add more interactions on the site and provide visitors with explainer.

For us the main factor was pricing. But due to the fact that we do not have the right to mistake, we wanted to get the best for our budget. And working without advanced payment was crucial to us.

The whole process took about 5 weeks. I was on vacation during this period, so the guys were very patient waiting for my feedback where needed. We just provided the description of the product, and in a few days, the guys shared the script with me.

The Guys understood my idea very well, so we didn't have lots of corrections during production. In the end, I have received my video, new logo!!! Which was out of the scope, the agency made it for me without extra costs.

We started with a discovery call. After that, we submitted a project brief along with available creatives, fonts, logos and phrases we wanted to use in our video. In addition, Zelios Agency sent us a list of preferred music to select from. The team sent us the first draft within 5 days that we approved. The final version was received in 4 days. We asked for 3 revisions and the turnaround was less than 24 hours each.

We worked with the project manager who was super responsive even though we had a time difference. After each milestone, we were asked for feedback that was carefully taken into consideration

We did not have a chance to share it with anyone just yet. However, we've never seen anything similar done by other agencies within this niche.

The price-quality ratio is great! This team has amazing professionals in-house. The team was able to make edits as per our requests without any issues.

Cannot say anything bad about the company. The project was completed on time.

The project was a birthday present. We wanted to present a memorable animation with a friend as a main character. Story should briefly show his hobbies and current activities in 1-2 minutes.

How did you select Zeilos Agency and what were the deciding factors?

I posted a job and waited for responses. There were about 20 vendors. Due to the deadline and payment terms almost all vendors declined this job. The reasons were "not enough time", "work only with 100% advanced payment" etc. Zelios Agency was the only one who agreed on a short-term delivery and step-by-step payment during video production.

The whole process took about 3 weeks. The script was provided by me since it was a personal story. Stages: - Draft storyboard - Color storyboard - Animation - Sounds\Music Voice over was not intended by the script. There were a lot of edits during the production which was expected since we had to change some story line on the go.

In the end a video was received by the deadline and later on the raw files as well.

I worked with Vladislaw - Project Manager. The feedback was on everyday basis due to the project deadline. Sometimes it was not during working hours. Responses by Vladislaw were prompt and he was always ready to give status update.

The video was presented during Zoom call. A birthday man had to watch it several times - it was good. As a result he posted it on instagram. I believe the goal was achieved.

We used messengers to communicate: chat and calls. As I have mentioned before - initial deadline was met. Any stage deadlines didn't matter, only final result in time mattered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were open to challenges this project may bring due to the complexity and our deadline. Considering terms of payment we all agreed on and that it was our first collaboration, we both took a leap of faith in each side and it resulted in benefit to both parties.

In order to save time a lot of action in the video had to be re-thinked by them and it was as good as initially intended by the script.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm not sure there is something I can suggest for improvement at this point. The communication, end result etc was on a good level and should there be a need in one more video - I will consider them for a project.

I’m a partner of Premium Sound UK, an online and physical retail store that specializes in high-end audio equipment. We sell speakers, turntables, projectors, home cinema setups, and more products like those.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zelios Agency?

We were looking for a partner that could help us manage our social media marketing to increase our client acquisition and brand awareness.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zelios Agency has helped us come up with marketing strategies and theme designs for our social media profiles, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The main scope of their work with us is on our social media, but they help us with email marketing as well.

Zelios Agency did a lot of market research and trial marketing to help us figure out our target audience, as well as the best response for our products and selling price points. They started with five proposed campaigns targeting different demographics, price ranges, and products, and the marketing strategy was tweaked based on those results.

Zelios Agency also ran analytics on past and current sales statistics, and they created a content plan for Facebook and Instagram, including how to manage our communication with the customers. They've been handling all the creative parts of marketing, such as image and copy creation, and they've also been doing some PPC on Facebook.

We work with four people from Zelios Agency on a regular basis: a project manager, a technical person, a creative person, and the general manager, who deals with the general direction of the project. We’ve also had some interaction with the owner.

How did you come to work with Zelios Agency?

I found Zelios Agency on Fiverr, along with a couple of other agencies and freelancers. We omit the freelancers because we felt they couldn’t handle the scale of the project. Out of the agencies, Zelios Agency stood out because of their portfolio; they had experience with big brands and they were flexible, particularly around the price, as we got the project started.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around £10,000–£15,000 (approximately $15,000–$22,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

Prior to this investment, our social media profiles were stagnant. We’ve seen approximately a 10%–20% increase in sales month after month. There was also a dramatic increase in our overall Facebook and Instagram followers and engagement. 

How did Zelios Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Zelios Agency works quite well in the project management area. They meet deadlines and are quick to do what they say they’ll do. The delays on the project have been on our side. We communicate through Telegram, WhatsApp, and phone calls. They’re always available and extremely responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Zelios Agency’s customer approach is excellent. I can message them at any time with creative ideas, and a conversation begins. They always have time to listen to us and help us figure things out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be nice if Zelios Agency had some team members that spoke English as their native language. It would be helpful to have some British feedback about our products.

Have a flexible and open mindset. They're professionals, so listen to their advice. It can take some time to get used to the straightforward manner of their upper management. However, once you do, it’s a positive thing because you can take what they say at face value.
