We wanted to create an easy-to-understand video that explains the features of our marketplace and the benefits it offers for all businesses across the world.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were browsing through the net to look for a person to create a video for our company. So we saw this vendor and choose them because of their affordable price and personable team members.

We contacted them and provide every detail about our company - what we offer, the solutions we seek to provide for business across the world and so on before they created the animated video. They produced a 4-minute video that describes how sellers can list their products, how buyers can meet them and how they can both interact with each other.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with a project manager who gave instructions to the video creators. At every step of the project, the project manager made sure he communicated with us and incorporate our feedback all through. The job was shared through InVision which allowed us to make comments on any part needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We presented the Video to business owners, vendors, and merchants through their Emails. This makes them have full knowledge of how our marketplace works and how they can easily get customers for their products. As a result of this easy-to-understand video, we got up to a 40% increase in the number of active participants on the site.

The project manager was very easy to communicate with. We didn't usually have to message him every time before he gave us updates; he did it constantly at every step. We mostly communicated through email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took a few days to use our marketplace personally to understand how it operates. They also made suggestions that would improve the users' experience. They created a high-quality video that explains everything in detail.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I hope they made at least one transaction on the site to test how everything works. But they still managed to provide a comprehensive video that almost everyone would understand.

We agree on the goal before we write the script. On the discovery call, our video producer asks what the video has to change for your business: sign-ups, demo requests, ad click-through rate, product activation or the number of support tickets. Every project goes through five stages: ✓ Discovery and strategy: a call with our video producer, a short questionnaire and a video strategy tied to your marketing goals. ✓ Script and concept: script, storyboard, style frames and voiceover selection. You approve the script and the visual direction before production starts. ✓ Production and animation: illustration, motion design, voiceover recording, sound design and music. ✓ Review and refinements: you watch the first version and send feedback, and we make changes until you approve the final cut. ✓ Delivery and distribution: you get the main video with cutdowns and resizes for your website, YouTube, LinkedIn and ads, plus a distribution plan. Your project manager keeps you updated at every stage by email, calls or Slack.

Most projects with one 30 to 90-second video ship in four to six weeks, including cutdowns and resizes. A short teaser for a fixed launch date can be done faster. Multi-video campaigns and full-funnel video systems take longer. We agree on the schedule for each video during discovery, so you know when every asset will be ready for your launch or campaign.

Yes, in the supporting parts of production. We use AI voiceovers in animatics, so you can check timing, tone and voice style before the final recording. AI also helps us prepare early drafts and analyze how videos perform after launch. The creative work stays with our team. Scripts, illustrations and animation are made by people on our team, so your video has its own visual style. The final voiceover is recorded by a professional voice artist.
