Project Management was done thru Clickup and excel sheets. Majority time theu deliver things in time. They are very agile and responsive to the needs which are either scheduled or unscehduled. They can withstand the pressure of timelines and technical challenges.

Services mainly covered for Salons, Spa and freelance beauty professionals. The platform consisted of web, mobile apps for iOS, Android for both customers and Vendors. It included admin portal as well.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started off by telling them everything that we needed from them through a spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentation. We then had multiple calls and discussions regarding the presentation we provided. From there, they proceeded with the work, developing an iOS app for our platform. Key technologies used were Swift, Laravel, and Xcode.

We continue to work with their team and are currently preparing for our next project.

We first a detailed document of requirements for the app. It took a week of back-and-forth to fully clarify the scope. After that, development began. YoungBrainz Infotech took the lead until their team delivered the app. We then tested the app and fixed various bugs and issues. YoungBrainz Infotech also helped us release it into the App Store. Their team then created an Android application quickly after.
