What challenge were you trying to address with Yetiz?

We needed support with a comprehensive creative campaign for the launch of a new product. We wanted to reach potential customers through YouTube and other interesting formats for our customers.

In fact, the project has three important points. We want to reach potential customers on more than 3 million sites and apps. We also want to encourage people to take action and interact with the brand on the landing page. All the time, we focus on video communication about the product.

Yetiz has developed the overall creative concept and strategy. The team has crafted a graphic to serve as the campaign's visual and created a full suite of digital assets, including static and animated materials for digital advertising.

Yetiz has also prepared advertising spots, from scripting and storyboarding to postproduction, with a version tailored for different formats. Additionally, the team has created campaigns for social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

The campaign has been successful in increasing awareness and engagement for our brand and product. We’ve reached potential customers on more than 3 million sites and apps, including YouTube.

We’ve also encouraged people to take action on the landing page and have very popular activities, such as image-based activities. Yetiz has helped us reach our target group: women over 25 years old with children.

How did Yetiz perform from a project management standpoint?

Yetiz meets deadlines and stays on budget. We use Trello for project management and communicate via email and Microsoft Teams.

We have a very positive atmosphere in our collaboration. Yetiz is a very good team. I like working with the head of strategy and the account manager as well. The team's creative formats in marketing are also very good.

We’ve had great success with our online shop, which has increased significantly over the past five years. We’ve had around 20–30% more dynamic each year and have gotten more young customers. We keep trying new things, and they continuously advise us on what to change. I love that. Every month, we have a better score than before.

They understand our company and how we work. They always try to counsel us and determine the best way to work with our budget. We always have a task tracker and determine which one we should prioritize. We are always in touch with Yetiz to decide our next step. Moreover, we use Trello to manage tasks and communicate via Zoom, Google Meet, phone calls, and email.

I want to mention Peter. Every time I call him, he gives me advice.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I feel safe and believe in Yetiz. They’re a partner for us, and I can always call them if I need something. They understand us and try to figure out what’s best for us. They’ve taught me about digital marketing, and we trust them. Besides, the project manager is a very good person and worker.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There is always something we can do better. It would be great if they had more money and more people to work with, but I know that’s not easy.

It will be easy to work with them. They’re open to cooperation and have a big knowledge base. Yetiz has a large team with different specialists and has worked with us and other companies with good results.
