Our company needed a technical team to help us get the Mobile application for an Arabic based Mobile Application

What were your goals for this project?

Required customized solution for our eCommerce Mobile application in the Arabic Language. Get more orders and to have the ability to change the basic features like banners, out of stock, inventory, and adding for different designs while the orders are placed.

We got them through google and checked their portfolio and it was very impressive and they sounded very confident and helpful

Unlike other vendors, they took us through a phased manner by initializing gathering the information, and they documented well presented it with documentation and a flowchart. Once that was approved the development phase begun and we were periodically updated with the demo with screen sharing. They also took the UI/UX in care, and they made our customers an effortless purchase through the mobile app

What was the team composition?

The good thing is the person with whom we communicated meticulously noted everything we need and got sound technical knowledge in the mobile app with what needed to be delivered. Initially, we have communicated with the technical lead and got to know that a team of 5 members worked including the backend and front end part of the mobile application

We did some campaigns and got good feedback from our customers and now we are receiving more orders from our mobile app

We connected over the zoom meeting and intermittently with the whatsapp and email.

I got very impressed with their documented flow, the mobile app's design, knowledge, and patience. They got to deliver the app on time

Myself CEO of Lia Infraservices. I own a software company in India and do mobile app development, custom software development, cloud migration, cloud technology consultancy to corporate companies over the globe.

My company works with multiple companies over the globe and one of my customers from the middle east wanted to do the mobile app development only from a company from the middle east and so I came across Yellostack for mobile app development for my customer.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to get a reliable mobile app development company in Saudi Arabia who I can trust to deliver my customer the level of satisfaction that I have been providing. My customer should walk into Yellostack and keep a track of the project progress.

How did you select Yellostack?

My team has to go through the google search and talk to each company to understand their commitment towards the delivery and produce value. I have to go through multiple rounds of talk with Yellostack to understand if the company is reliable and trustworthy for my customer. Their patience and process of mobile app development gave me the confidence to select them for my customer.

Describe the project in detail.

We started the project with a brief description on the concept. Yellostack came up with the proper flow diagram based on their understanding and we did minor changes on the flow. Based on the flow, the wireframe was made ready by their UX designer.

Once the wireframe was confirmed, they came up with the UI design based on the color and brand. Once the UI was confirmed. They started the development and a periodical Demo to ensure the project is on track.

What was the team composition?

There was a single point of contact on the project as a project manager. The team consisted of 1 UI/UX designer, 1 Graphics designer, 2 Android and iOS developer, 1 backend language developer, 1 Front End developer, 1 Software architect and finally the app tester.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am glad that, I took the decision because, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Yellostack delivered my customer the app as per their requirement and within the budget. The App is already live on the Appstore and playstore. It got good engagement rate. There are some new feature development is also going on and we have again selected Yellostack for the mobile app enhancement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Considering the time difference, my company was able to get all the doubts cleared and when my customer wanted to visit them in the office, they were kind enough to have a warm welcome.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Even though, my customer confirmed the project and workflow even before starting the project. There were some minor changes my customer wanted to make on the flow. We went for a call with Yellostack and they agreed to accommodate the changes and the best part, they provided us so many better suggestions which my customer liked the most.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yellostack has delivered our product on time and budget without any compromise on the quality. Later we came to know that they have done multiple software development and website development also for many big corporates. We are completely satisfied with them and their service.
