Yedynka provides digital marketing services (SMM and PPC) for our two projects: PinchukArtCenter and Future Generation Art Prize.
SMM: This includes preparing texts and visuals for social media, managing and posting on Facebook and Instagram pages, page moderation, preparation and running of post advertisements, and proofreading in English.
PPC: Yedynka develops a Media Plan with KPIs for Facebook and Instagram, takes part in strategic planning, prepares advertisements, runs and optimizes them, and manages marketing campaigns for generating traffic, gaining subscribers, and driving applications if needed.

12 119 applications have been received for the Future Generation Art Prize and more than 27 mln people reached via Meta advertisement in one year. PinchukArtCentre social media pages have reached almost 15 mln people in 6 months.

The Yedynka team helped us with the support of several sites, effectively handling many different types of tasks. Their experts helped us to create new pages, edit existing ones, and implement UX changes to improve the functionality of sites. With great knowledge of the HubSpot CMS system, they supported the migration of a site from Wordpress to HubSpot CMS, and helped search for solutions and tools for future similar migrations. They provided us with an individual project manager who successfully managed a great development team.

The updated pages look great and work as desired and has better performance. The work was fast and accurate. Yedynka was very easy to work with and met all our deadlines. For Logo Development we had the following scope of work: we started with discussion of our vision, target audience, and preferences. After that Yedynka team analyzed competitors, industry trends, and design inspirations and provided multiple logo concepts based on the gathered information. 
After we provided our feedback on the initial concepts they finalized the final logo in multiple file formats suitable for various applications and provided guidelines for usage.
For Brand Book Development we had the following scope of work: together with Yedynka team we defined the brand's mission, vision, values, and personality. After that they developed a complete Brand Design System with color palette, fonts, design of business cards, design of presentation slides, mood board for merchandise, design of promotional merchandise, design of cover photo and cover for Facebook and Linkedin. 
We defined the brand's communication style and next they provided examples of how the brand should be applied across different mediums. They provided us with recommendations to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints to maintain a unified brand image.
Our UX/UI Design and Website Development process begins with a thorough briefing to define website structure, functionalities, and goals. Next was analysis of the target audience needs and pain points, followed by creating user flows and wireframes to map out the user journey. With this information Yedynka team prepared project specifications, determining the appropriate technology stack based on project requirements.
After selecting the best UI elements from mood boards, designer based on our new design system crafted unique icons with individual meaning for the website and all the elements of desktop and mobile UI designs. The developers team worked closely with the project manager, holding weekly progress meetings. 
They were following the design and specifications while website development, conducting quality assurance and bug fixing before launch. We were provided by comprehensive training for website management and ongoing technical support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One major metric was an increase in registrations to our courses, both online and inperson, about 15%. Second major metric was the increase in people visiting our website where we could watch them go to course and program registration in just a few clicks.With help of new logo and brand book, we managed to significantly improve the results of our marketing activities and increase brand awareness. Together with the new website it help us to increase the number of our customers and people interested in our services.

The project management was as I expected. For kept in touch regularly and we had weekly meetings discussing the project progress and next steps so I was aware of everything they were doing. The timing was clear and all the deadlines were met. Despite the 7 hours time difference between Canada and Ukraine they responded fast and according to my feedback. I found them, especially Olesia to be highly intuitive in understanding our needs.

Land Rover was one of the sponsors of this cultural initiative aiming at promoting Ukraine internally and abroad. The expedition started on the all-new Land Rover Discovery. So most of the content from the expedition included Land Rover vehicle and logo. Yedynka helped with project management, SMM support of the project, content production and management.

We have our own brand manager within Yedynka team who helps us run our digital activities. Also SMM team was engaged – SMM head, copywriters, designers. We’ve also engaged technical support team to run the project promo within Land Rover official website.

Several months after the project was launched, it reached up to 1 mln users monthly across different platforms. The CPM was much lower than our regular one (from PPC campaigns for example)

Probably, the reporting process could be improved a bit, because projects of this scale are really very hard to track. Though this did not greatly influence the project value for Land Rover brand.
