Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the co-founder and director of Scribhun, a social article-sharing platform that coordinates with hundreds of freelance writers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Yarddiant?

I hired them to develop a new, challenging type of website that included all the features of a social network but allowed revenue to be shared with the writers. 

What were your goals for this project?

Coming from a media background, I knew of a lot of writers who lacked a proper platform not only to express themselves but from which they could benefit. My goal was to establish such a website, one that could list articles in search engines and generate revenue for the writers. The project needed to be in PHP and required the appropriate social media integrations.

Yarddiant was listed as one of India’s top 10 web development agencies. After requesting proposals from at least five companies, I was most impressed with Yarddiant’s offer and previous designs. 

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

I only had a basic idea about the project; Yarddiant has provided full digital support. After collaborating on the right structure, I handed all responsibilities over to them, including branding, website design, software development, and digital marketing, which they continue to assist with. 

What was the team composition?

The team was adapted for varying phases and tasks. I was intially contacted by the director of the company for the first phase of discussions, then concurrently assigned a PHP development team of three people and a talented graphic designer to work on my logo and website. After the development was completed, the team tested the features, completing changes as requested, and offered me good post-launch support. They then provided the two-person digital marketing team that remains on the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

My platforms servers the users as expected. I had no plans to make money off of my project, but Yarddiant has heightened my commercial visibility, improved my social media engagement, and increased my revenue using AdSense.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I am completely satisfied with the project management. Although I have yet to actually meet anyone from Yarddiant, I am comfortable with their work. Our communication was conducted via email and in English, which was not a problem for me. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their major strength was their ability to think from my perspective; they approached the project as if it were their own. I felt confident that I could say nothing and know they were completing tasks perfectly. 

Are there any areas where they can improve?

There are no areas that need improvement because they are extremely knowledgeable in the digital media space. They are skilled programmers and wonderful designers.

The objective of this project was to develop a fully functional corporate website and web application for a corporate consultancy firm. The website allows clients to log in and manage their various needs and tasks seamlessly through the platform.

• Conduct in-depth meetings to understand the firm’s business model, client needs, and platform functionality requirements.

Design and Development:
