The agency has researched our brand and complete data and developed a strategy that is being executed in several phases. They have created a plan and concept for a new website in line with today's trends. They have found us a favorable company that is currently developing the website. They have also devised a plan for future advertising and brand awareness marketing, which begins in the second phase.

The result was a delivered presentation with solutions and ideas, but there are no sales results for now, because this is only the first phase of the project.

They managed the project very skillfully. Meetings were conducted on time, and we received precise information on how we should behave and what we needed to do during the project to ensure it was completed on time and with well-founded conclusions. We were aware of the schedule of future meetings for each week in advance. 

They proposed two directions for creating a new marketing strategy, and we had the opportunity to choose the direction that currently suits us best. People from this agency are very kind, professional, and just exude positive vibes.

Ante led one-day training for small entrepreneurs on branding and strategic marketing planning. Using examples from his practice, Ante showed the entrepreneurs the possibilities available to them and how to use them properly in order to position the brand.

• The training was attended by 10 entrepreneurs who began to apply what they had learned during the training itself, as they worked on their own brands during the practical work.

Ante adapted the education to the participants and the practical work was individualized, which is the greatest value of the education. The training was better than what we expected because it provided participants with real examples and practical work on their own businesses.

As a result of our collaboration, we got national coverage of my movie with national TV interview and the cover page and double page coverage in national newspapers. Plus we were the news on many portals. This opened me the new business possibilities.

After initial meeting we created advertising plan that suites our needs in project, defined target audience and choose to carry our project on Facebook and YouTube. Through the project Prilika Group created visual for the campaign, rerecorded, edited and posted video and audio materials needed for better visibility of our project in social media. According to campaign results for every set of ads they recommended future course of action so we could reach more audience and get more engagements.

Through our cooperation on this project we created new YouTube channel that represented our company on new social media platform. We had excellent Facebook coverage of the project and most of the students that participated in project reported that they heard about the project from Facebook. It helped us greatly in successfully finishing project objectives.

We had great communication through messaging apps, email and directly over phone. Deadlines were respected according to plan. They'd also give us reports every month that track what was done that month with ads analysis and suggestions for improvement for the next month.

They were extremely professional, and they respected deadlines. They were also creative and supportive. They proposed multiple variations on same subject which are the features of a company that takes their job seriously and with dedication to the project.

Not much. It is great when you find company that really strives to be excellent in their job.

I was working on my visual and internet identity and needed help to reach more people and customers. Prilika Group got me an enormous reach and impression from their creative add making and business advice.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was quite easy. At first, the company name was catchy, as I found them on the internet and saw everything they are doing on their own it was worth giving them a try, I didn't regret my choice! Their access to the case and myself as an owner is purely friendly and cosy, it was not like you were working, it all was like on a good coffee with someone you had known a long time. I sure will get to them again soon to reach and grow even more.

First, we wrote down my goals and expectations, afterwards talked about some better, more efficient solutions, and set up a budget. After that, it all went smoothly. Google ADDS, Facebook/Instagram marketing, introducing me to the metrics and what they mean, Mailchimp... they really know what they do and everything looks so easy.

At least 3 of them. Two of them are digital marketing specialists, PR experts, and the third one is a graphic designer who helped me to get some things clearer on my website.

The reach was phenomenal, thousands and thousands of people viewed my page, I've got a few hundred inquiries through the whole year, for someone as small as me for now, that is quite a lot for their first "big" year.

They are available almost all the time on Viber and through e-mail. As I was at first living in another town they came to my hometown for some in-person meetings, but soon I moved to their hometown and after that, we could do in-person meetings much easier and more often.

They gave 200% effort on everything. They really did care about us like we were in their own team. For me, that is priceless.

Who knows, they always develop and learn something new. They are on the right way.

The emergence and global spread of the coronavirus pandemic has posed major socio-economic challenges to the world. The results of those challenges is temporary ban and reduction of economic activity with an aim to minimize social interaction among people in order to slow down the spread of the disease.

Apart from the fact that the pandemic has resulted in a global health and economic crisis, as economic activity in many industries has been disrupted, it has also opened up other opportunities and alternative ways of doing business. Given that digital marketing enables two-way communication and activities without direct human interaction, we recognized it as an important opportunity to continue doing business, especially in a pandemic.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The Prilika Group proved its serious approach to business in the conditions of the pandemic, when it used the time of "closing" as an opportunity to restructure and complete its business as a marketing agency.

Thanks to the successful long-term cooperation in the social media segment with the only communication agency from Lika region, we decided not to cancel the largest annual gathering of women entrepreneurs in December.

The challenge was demanding because, in addition to the standard management of public relations and the administration of the campaign on social networks, it also included the transmission of events with a continuous duration of approximately 4 hours.

During the broadcast, some of the participants were physically present, and some of the panelists who were in other cities and countries had to be connected by video link. Through a series of professional advice and a gathered professional production team, the Agency has shown the necessary breadth of knowledge of its work.

In this way, we were able to spread information and messages from the event to a much larger target customer base. Following all the activities that were carried out, achieved significantly greater reach and lasting visibility, as the recording of the event can be viewed again on the new YT channel International Conference. The livestream was followed by about 600 people on the Youtube channel.

We had in-person meetings twice a month to go over a campaign performance and used email to communicate on daily basics. Whenever we had a question about something, they responsive to our needs.

It was a difficult task. As company we don't have brand awareness in Croatia. We needed to gather 250 registrations on the Reelview app. Its an app that helps farmers to monitor their crops, using satellite images. The app is in English not Croatian. 
Its was hard to find the right audience. The Agency did an amazing job. They used promoters, email marketing, attend events, universities. They did everything to reach the goal. The top management even devoted their personal time and connections.
