I'm an executive of Rayvetty Denture Clinic, a family-owned provider of affordable, high-quality denture solutions in Sydney.

What challenge were you trying to address with Xpert Start?

We needed a new logo, website, and SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Xpert Start handled everything from branding (logo and color palette) to designing and building our website in Wix Studio. They set up the site for SEO best practices, helped write and structure the content, and ensured the user experience worked well for mobile and desktop.

We worked with two teammates from Xpert Start.

I found Xpert Start through a referral. A friend had worked with them and said they were great, quick, and easy.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2025, and the project has finished except for the ongoing SEO work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results were fantastic; we now have a professional, modern website that clearly explains our services and feels trustworthy for patients. Since launching, we've already seen an increase in inquiries and free consultation bookings. Our local visibility in Lakemba and Sydney has improved thanks to Xpert Start's SEO work, and we finally feel confident promoting our business online.

Since launching the new website, we've seen a noticeable increase in both phone calls and consultation bookings. We also started appearing in local Google searches for keywords like "denture clinic Lakemba" and "affordable dentures Sydney." Within the first month, traffic and inquiries picked up, which clearly showed the SEO and design work was effective.

How did Xpert Start perform from a project management standpoint?

Xpert Start's project management was fantastic. They communicated clearly, delivered milestones on time, and were quick to respond to any changes or feedback. I always felt like they understood what I wanted, and they kept the entire process moving smoothly from start to finish.

Communication was excellent; they were responsive, clear, and always kept me in the loop. Even though I didn't know much about web or SEO work, they explained everything in simple terms and gave great advice throughout the process. The project was managed really well from start to finish, and everything was delivered on time. We primarily communicated via ClickUp, Slack, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Even though Xpert Start is a relatively new company, I was really impressed by their work ethic and depth of knowledge. They were passionate, proactive, and genuinely cared about delivering high-quality results. It felt like I was working with a seasoned team.
