I’m the owner of Fatti Jewelry, a women's jewelry company specializing in wedding accessories and bridal sets.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Triump?

I needed a company to help me with my branding. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Triump has created my branding guide, which includes my company's name and logo. They're spearheading my online marketing and running our social media. Their team has set up my Instagram, website, and email and now monitors and updates my WhatsApp. 

What is the team composition?

I work with Ali (Creative Director), and I believe two other teammates are on the project. 

How did you come to work with The Triump?

I found them online through Instagram when I was in Dubai. I sent messages to 2–3 companies, but Ali was the first to respond; he responded in 15 minutes. Within a few hours, Ali held a video conference with me and delivered a branding plan. We ended up meeting face-to-face, and I decided to hire them. 

How much have you invested with them?

I've invested around $7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing relationship began in April 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

This is my first experience working with an agency in Pakistan, and I'm very satisfied with them. I trust them 100% because they've helped me generate customers through my Instagram and website. Customers who see my site tell me that it looks good. I've recommended their services to my sister, who is looking to open a boutique. 

How did The Triump perform from a project management standpoint?

The Triump is available 24/7. They send me daily messages asking if there are any new products I want them to add to the site. I've been to their office once and now monitor any changes I request. Our communication is excellent because Ali speaks three languages, which is great because I can speak with him in the language I'm most comfortable using: Urdu. Typically, we use WhatsApp to send messages and have phone calls; I've also set up group chats on WhatsApp with my brother, sister, and Ali. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ali is always thinking a step ahead. I really like them because they always deliver on time. This is the first time I've worked with a company that delivers on time. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for them to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Call them! Customers may forget what they need to do on a project, but The Triump will never forget.

I am the CEO of Coco's Secret, an online store that sells organic food. I'm located in Finland, but this store will be US-based.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Triump customized my products page with their design and content development services. I provided them with the initial requirements and they started building the platform from scratch through Shopify.

Moreover, they provide SEO and social media marketing services to further improve our digital presence.

What is the team composition?

I work with a developer, designer, and content developer.

How did you come to work with The Triump?

I found them on Google when I was looking for the top 10 marketing and web development companies in Pakistan. I came across The Triump's website, where we saw the awards they've won for their services, so we contacted them for this project right away.

What is the status of the engagement?

We began our partnership with them in September 2022, and it's still ongoing.

We've yet to launch our website, but I can say that their team is very honest — I'm looking forward to working with them on future digital marketing projects.

We like their skills and professionalism in web design and development services. We also praise how they consistently come up with creative ideas and cost-effective solutions.

Moreover, their communication is smooth and they're always responsive through email, WhatsApp, and Zoom.

We like how accessible the team is, despite being in different countries and timezones — it's been very easy working with the team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have no complaints about their work.

I'd advise you to be as expressive as you can in voicing your ideas because they can be really useful in turning your ideas into reality.
