Great WordPress knowledge, attention to detail, and the fact of being friendly and fast to deliver makes WP Online Support my most favorite agency for custom WordPress development. This applies to both the customization of their own plugins and third-party solutions. Thanks to their technical team, especially Rafik, I have been completing many complex tasks with PHP/JS scripts for months and the result is always 100% satisfying, even if the starting third-party code was a mess. I keep collaborating with them for any need!

I communicate with them via chat & skype and then creating tickets on their support platform. They work fast and reply quickly!

The ability to cover everything concerning WordPress development and also the way they explain, keeping track of all edits.

I usually chat with one guy from the technical team for all my needs, but if for some reason he is on a holiday/off, it is a bit complex to re-explain all issues with another guy.

We selected WPOnlinesupport by searching a solution to display the total downloads number of each file downloaded using the EDD plugin for Wordpress.

We are now able to have statistics with the most downloaded files from our database and to share this valuable information to our users, so that they can focus on popular templates and use in their creative projects.

Key functionalities included: multi-server integration, a full-featured blog engine, and frontend submission support. Other advanced theme options were custom fields, custom header options, a child theme facility, and multi-language support.

On the e-commerce side, they added a cart function, live chat with product uploaders, ability to offer freebies along with premium products, easy digital download integration, and a counter/statistics report for the number of product downloads.

What was the team composition?

Their team was cooperative and easily understood the project requirements, so we were always on the same page.

We’ve been working with Wponline Support for a while, and they’ve provided the best design and development services. We’d like to continue engaging them on future projects in the long-term.

It was excellent. All of their designers and developers were on a ticketing system, which was productive and easy to manage.

There were so many impressive things about their team such as their timeliness, cost-efficiency, and superb quality.

They primarily focus on WordPress development, but it would be great if they could also support mobile app development and other platforms. That way, we’d have access to several services under one roof.
