I’m a retirement specialist at America’s Retirement Headquarters, a retirement planning company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wolfpixel?

We needed support with our website and custom CRM software design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wolfpixel has designed and built three different company websites and has designed our custom CRM software. The team has provided a sitemap, wireframe, and visual design for each website. Wolfpixel has designed for desktop, tablet, and mobile and developed the websites on WordPress. The team has created the wireframe for our CRM project and plans to continue working on the design and more features to be added.

How did you come to work with Wolfpixel?

We found Wolfpixel on Dribbble. We interviewed multiple design teams, and Wolfpixel was interested in the project. The team had quick replies, great quality work, and gave detailed reports of the work completed. Moreover, their pricing fit our budget and had a good value for the cost.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Wolfpixel in April 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Wolfpixel has provided updates as the wireframe and design are being completed, allowing me to review the wireframe before starting the visual design. After the visual design, I review it before beginning development. After development, I review and make any changes before publishing the website. Wolfpixel has done great work so far with boosting our SEO on each website, along with ensuring our GBP has been properly set up. We hadn’t focused on SEO or GBP before working with Wolfpixel, so I don’t have any specific numbers or data points. Still, Wolfpixel has shown that we’re ranking quite high in our area over many different keywords. Moreover, our team loves the new designs of our websites. The CRM is still in the beginning stages and hasn’t been shared with others.

How did Wolfpixel perform from a project management standpoint?

Wolfpixel is very organized. We communicate via virtual meetings and messaging apps. The team delivers within a reasonable time based on the scope of each project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s great that I can work with just Wolfpixel to get every aspect of what I need completed. If they don’t have a service that I need, they help find someone who can complete the needed service.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

The scope of work was to Build a one-page website for a PR agency. With the branding and design guidelines ready, the idea was to craft a professional, visually engaging single-page site with the following sections: the Main Homepage Hero, About Us, Our Services, the Industries We Serve, Case Studies/ Success Stories, and Contact Us.

The measurable outcomes from the project have been highly impactful, reinforcing the success of our collaboration. Since launching the new website, we have seen a significant increase in engagement, with a higher volume of inquiries from high-level clients seeking strategic partnerships. The improved user experience has led to a lower bounce rate and longer session duration, indicating that visitors find the content relevant and compelling. Additionally, our enhanced digital presence has strengthened credibility, making attracting and converting the right opportunities easier. These metrics demonstrate that the website is not just a digital platform but a key asset in driving TIN 14’s growth and influence.
