WISE Digital Partners has redesigned our website from the ground up. We started with an onboarding process, during which I was introduced to an account manager, who was my point of contact with the team. We’ve had several interactions with the team to understand our company’s message and what we wanted to communicate on the site. Once WISE Digital Partners understood our communication, message, and branding, they moved on to the website design.

WISE Digital Partners has customized the look and feel of the website and redone the copy. The team has also migrated the site from WordPress to their system called  NEST™. WISE Digital Partners has launched our site and is currently providing maintenance services.

Before working with WISE Digital Partners, I didn't track the website metrics. We've seen an increase in attention to our company. The project's primary focus is the site's redesign and launching, and now, I'm concentrating on the site's analytics data. WISE Digital Partners has suggested launching the site as soon as possible to increase its value and domain authority. The website design has exceeded our expectations.

Customers need to come prepared to guide the conversations with the team. For instance, I knew what colors and fonts I liked and had my logo and communication message ready.

Wise built an entirely new custom website. While design was/is important, my biggest concern was all the under-the-hood stuff like SEO. I highly doubt many of our competitors are doing this so I see it as a competitive advantage to lean into it. Deliverable here would be to see our rankings increase in the short- and long-term.

We also want to increase our catering business substantially, so one of the deliverables was to break out our different catering businesses: office catering, party catering, wedding catering. The hope was/is to see an increase in these larger orders as well as an increase in inbound interest/questions/contacts/etc. We're expanding geographically, so having different pages for our different locations was/is important.

Going from a $25 Squarespace website I built myself in a couple hours to a custom site that cost 1,000x more was a big jump for me investment-wise. The biggest reason I chose Wise was because some of the team was local and I knew one of the founders. I felt confident that despite not knowing the first thing about wed development or SEO best practices I would be happy with the result both aesthetically and the under-the-hood stuff that you can't see.

This was a fast project, by any standard. Because WISE knows our business and personality, they were able to hit the ground running. The scope of the project was website design (delivered in Figma) and website copywriting (delivered as a Google Doc).

The final product of the design is amazing and exceeded my aspirations. WISE's designer moved fast and was able to land on an aesthetic we loved while creating a very functional feeling website. The mobile designs were also provided and look great.

The project had an initial wireframing phase, which moved quickly into the design. I provided 2 rounds of comments on the design phase and the designer quickly implemented excellent solutions.

Wise Digital is great at project management. We’ve had a tight timeline that overlapped with the holidays and challenges from our old marketing company. We’ve managed to get the site live on time despite all that.

We’ve cycled through several marketing companies over the years, and Wise Digital has an excellent handle on marketing law firms online. They’ve done an outstanding job actively managing our online presence. 

The other vendors we’ve worked with are only interested in taking their management fees and doing minimal work. Meanwhile, Wise Digital really digs in and works to improve our keyword ranking.
