What challenge were you trying to address with Wise Digital Partners?

A lot of our businesses were referral-based, and we knew that’s not going to be sustainable in today’s digital world. We needed to adapt to this age, so we hired them for SEO and PPC support. The goal is to help us better reach our target audience and promote our services online.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wise Digital Partners handles all of our SEO and PPC efforts. They manage the SEO of our website, including the content strategy, and run ad campaigns across Google and LinkedIn. They create our map listing as well.

We plan to collaborate with them in redoing our website.

What is the team composition?

We primarily work with Daniel (Director of Paid Media) and Patrick (Founder & CEO), who’ve both been very helpful. We also work with Carlo (Director of Organic Strategy) and Patricia (Digital Account Manager) for SEO-related matters.

I found out about Patrick and his team through a mutual friend.

We started working with them in November 2020, and our engagement is still ongoing.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve spent about $28,000 so far.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re still in the process of finalizing our year-end numbers, but Wise Digital Partners’ efforts have helped us bring in new clients. In fact, we actually made $45,000 from just one case.

How did Wise Digital Partners perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve never had a problem with them in terms of communication and meeting deadlines. If anything, we’re the ones who need to keep up. We mainly interact through phone calls, email, and sometimes Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re really impressed with their work, which has given us great results. Their whole team has also been very patient and nice — they do a good job of explaining what we need and why we need it.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

No. I don’t have any complaints at all.

Make sure to utilize their team and make the most of the time they offer you — they’ve really helped us maximize our success.

We wanted to establish a digital footprint and improve our online exposure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wise Digital Partners developed our website from scratch and then integrated it with our CRM. At the beginning of the development phase, they asked key questions to nail down our branding, goals, and company mission. Their team then crafted some content to add to the site. The website development was a very collaborative project — we had several meetings with Wise Digital Partners before finalizing the website. 

Currently, Wise Digital Partners leads our SEO efforts to expand our digital footprint. The next phase of our partnership will focus on digital marketing, including social media marketing and PPC efforts.

We work with five teammates from Wise Digital Partners, including Patrick (Founder & CEO), Patricia (Digital Account Manager), a project manager, and SEO and marketing teammates.

We started researching digital marketing firms, and after a quick online search, I came across a few companies that Wise Digital Partners had worked with. I was familiar with the improvements those companies experienced with Wise Digital Partners, so I figured they could help my company. Also, their understanding of my industry and focus on delivering custom content set them apart — that is why I decided to hire them.

I began working with Wise Digital Partners in September 2021 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our website has only been live for about a week, so there isn’t much data to report — the SEO work Wise Digital Partners is doing right now won’t return positive results for a while. Once we start on the PPC work, I think we’ll see a lot more engagement. However, everyone who has seen the website is very impressed with it. 

How did Wise Digital Partners perform from a project management standpoint?

I am impressed with Wise Digital Partners’ project management — they follow through on their promises to deliver. The project manager ensures the project runs smoothly and our deadlines are met. The Wise Digital Partners team delivers materials via Google Docs, and we usually communicate through email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The fact that Wise Digital Partners follows through on their promises sets them apart from other companies I’ve worked with. Wise Digital Partners puts in the effort to understand my industry so we can have an effective partnership. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t see how Wise Digital Partners could do anything differently — I wouldn’t change any of their processes.

I would advise any customer to ensure that Wise Digital Partners understands their industry and takes the time to understand their company.

We just started different programs this month with the ads. Also, the leads within the last couple of months have doubled, and the quality is better. I’ve seen a significant number of inquiries — people are now finding us and converting over to communicating with us more straightforwardly.

It's streamlined and not chaotic; they explain what each person does, and strategies and explanations behind things are excellent. They’re also hands-on with communication; we reach out to each other via Zoom calls and in-person meetings.

Understand what your business is, its personality, and how you want it to be perceived. Just know your business model and what you’re trying to sell — it will save a lot of time.
