We were able to send real time news to our partners and metadata of images which was done manually earlier can now be done automatically, this has resulted in fast and error less work. Their developers are very knowledgeable and keep on sharing workflow with us and also suggested and introduced us many new technical know-how. Our suggestions were implemented very quickly and exactly the way we needed.

The project was handled very efficiently. Their team would visit every week in our office to show us the development of the work. We received the final output before the deadline given to us.

Our customers find us through Google search. 90% of our leads come that way, which Wildnet Technologies helps us to grow. I’ve also had them assist with another client’s project and they did a good job on that too.

They’re very good. We communicate through email and most of the time, they’re the ones chasing me to reply to emails. They work very fast. I’ll send them something and by the next day, it’s done.

We touch base about twice a month. At the beginning of the month, they’ll send me what they’ve been doing and the results. Then, in the middle of the month, they’ll send me some things for approval.

Wildnet Technologies assigned us a campaign manager who excels at client contact. I greatly appreciated her attentive customer service. All comparable vendors should embrace her level of communicative prowess. She thoroughly researches and explains challenging situations like when keywords drastically drop. Furthermore, they keep strategies in place to overcome these concerns. The team includes dedicated experts to handle any digital service, from programming to SEO.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Like most SEO companies, they focus on ranking points for their clients. Internally, we’re more focused on sales leads and conversions. I wish they had a similar revenue-based perspective on our engagement.

Substantial SEO results demand a more concerted effort than simply a monthly Facebook post. We saw only a minor increase in correlated social media activity. Arguably, that’s due to our investment constraints.

I measure their success solely based on the quantity and quality of online sales leads. We briefly worked with another local vendor during this engagement. That team inadvertently attracted random calls that didn’t benefit our firm.

Conversely, Wildnet Technologies solicits frequent correspondence from potential clients nationwide. Quite often, these leads have both the interest in and resources to hire me. While these calls don't always pan out, at least now they’re mainly coming from relevant parties.

My company is in the healthcare sector. We developed a backbone application for doctors, practitioners, and hospitals that allows them to integrate or talk to each other on the same platform. I’m the marketing head.

We wanted to create a digital platform to bring doctors, practitioners, and other paramedical professionals together in one place. It was crucial for us to develop a custom, bug-free app. We decided to outsource the project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We outsourced the entire project to Wildnet, including the technical architecture, design, and testing. They built a custom app where doctors, practitioners, and users can interact with each other. Patients can choose doctors through the app who can, in turn, monitor the patient’s activity (i.e., whether the patient is following the doctor’s guidance).

Once patients come back to visit doctors, they can open the app and see the graph that shows whether patients followed parameters or not. This allows doctors to monitor the improvement of disease. The app is available for both iOS and Android, but we plan on developing it for other platforms as well.

We’ve invested $35,000 so far, but we’re still working on enhancements. We will invest more money into this project.

We haven’t seen any bugs so far, and Wildnet has been quite helpful post-launch. They’ve been available when we’ve had questions regarding enhancements. They’ve also been very responsive in providing options to help us increase the downloads of our app.

We use Basecamp to keep us updated on activities and progress, as well as for communication. We also use it to track project history and close open items as well.

We were happy with the timelines. They were very responsive. They raised questions whenever they had them, and when we asked for a test, they always came back with a demo so we could see a replication and track progress. We were able to see replications and provide feedback and changes that they could incorporate into the app. We had a very good experience interacting with them.

We’ve been very satisfied with the communication with their team. They’ve been available whenever we needed them. They’ve been able to understand our problems and provide us with solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve had a very good experience with Wildnet, but we want them to increase their support time after project delivery. Right now, they only provide one month, but they have given us extra time. This can be something they discuss initially. However, they have been accommodating to us in every aspect.

Wildnet has a great sense of excellence and objectives. We’ve noticed that the team is working under their guidance, which is great.
