Our topic is the Holocaust. The company not only developed an excellent technical solution but was deeply interested in the results of our research. This led to much stronger and more impactfull products.

I’m a department head at Siemens AG, a global technology company providing solutions for industry, infrastructure, mobility, and healthcare. We help customers accelerate digitalization and sustainability across factories, cities, and transportation systems.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with &why Studio?

We needed help producing an AI short feature film based on a complex script with a very limited budget and a tight deadline.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

&why Studio reviewed the script, elaborated a detailed shot list, and created AI-generated shots, including heavily iterated prompting and visual refinement. The team also provided custom 3D animation in 4K, editing, sound effects, and the final cut.

We worked together from October–November 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We documented every meeting in a protocol of actionable meeting minutes, and &why Studio checked those off with utmost care every single time before the next meeting. The project delivery speed was magical and to our utmost satisfaction. All audiences that later watched the film were amazed by the professional appeal and attention to detail. Our C-level team loved the result, especially the modern yet heartfelt touch it had. People still keep asking which studio produced this unique film.We aired the premiere to roughly 1,000 people during a hybrid corporate conference on a large cinema screen in perfect resolution. After the conference, we had an additional two-digit viewer rate, and most visitors watched the movie twice or even more times. We stayed completely in the financial budget and delivered even one day before the deadline. It was simply perfect; we couldn’t have asked for more professionalism or dedication.

&why Studio went the extra mile to produce a variety of shot options to choose from and then achieve an extremely high-end visual appeal with the final cut material. Throughout all production phases, they gave their all to meet a deadline that could only be met by working in two shifts from two different locations.Even under stress and workload, everyone at &why Studio was an honor to be around: creative, patient, and kind, yet highly effective in the outcome. We operated in the essence of “one team.” The vibe in the office was impressive. They were young at heart yet highly experienced at what they did.

Delivery of key milestones, from concept of rebranded website theme, to MVP within 5 months, and a final full relaunch of the website. Antoher measure of success was meeting our budget.

&why works very quickly from inception to delivery, I think this is their primary quality is to move as speed without you feeling anything is rushed and still producing a quality outcome. Yes, we managed to delivery our project on time and on budget.

They were always very responsive to our needs, and we had alot of arreas of the business involved in the project, but I feel majority of the time our questions were answered and needs met as we delivered a workable product that  also looked really great!

Most of the people working there have been with the company for a long period of time, and you could sense that they all have alot of experience in the industry but also working together, so I always felt they were the experts in their domain and that we were getting the best results we could from them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something &why Studio could have done differently?
Introducing a more solid QA process would help as you expand that product capaiblity and complexity, but from a projeect point of view we never noticed any issues to be honest with the quality that was produced, its just something I noted after working together for a long period of time, and I believe would be what could take &why to an even great level than they already are.

Overall I am super happy with the decision to work with &why, and want to thank all the individuals who we worked closely with and built a solid working relationship with. Keep up the great work as you make the digital world in Europe even better.
