One area for improvement would be faster initial onboarding and training. While the CRM was intuitive, a more structured onboarding guide or interactive training sessions could have helped the sales team adapt more quickly and maximize the platform’s potential from day one.

The objective was to create a website in a very limited timeline.  we got a website deisgned as we requested and all the data entry done by white label's team

we had a very limited timeline for the project; we needed it for a critical deal. and we were able to get it before the timeline.

They were very flexible, for example the data entry was not included in the deal but they did it any way. and yes we got the project ontime.
