I’m the partnerships lead at OpenStore. We own and operate a portfolio of e-commerce businesses online. I manage all sorts of marketing partnerships that we use to drive traffic and revenue for our businesses, such as affiliate partnerships, brand partnerships, PR, and others.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Wellblūm?

We hired Wellblūm to increase sales and revenue from the affiliate marketing channel for one of our brands.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wellblūm provided us with PR and affiliate marketing services. The platform we used was ShareASale, an affiliate network that tracks affiliate marketing partnerships. The team focused on placements on blogs and podcasts.

Initially, we got to know them and set up onboarding calls. The goal was to get up to speed with the progress they had made and the status of their efforts. After that, we got involved in helping them be as successful as they could in what they were trying to do for us.

We worked with two teammates from Wellblūm: Natasha and Veronica.

How did you come to work with Wellblūm?

Wellblūm was a referral from the original business owner. We chose them because they had a specialty in the product category we sold. The company we were running was called Future Kind, and it was in the wellness and supplement space. Wellblūm had a background in that. Still, our company automatically onboarded Wellblūm because they had a contract with the business we acquired, so the process was streamlined.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $30,000. The payment was around $4,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March 2024–January 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw a 25% increase in revenue from the channel Wellblūm managed.

How did Wellblūm perform from a project management standpoint?

Wellblūm delivered the work on time and within budget. The team communicated well with us. We used phone calls, emails, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Wellblūm’s communication and service were impressive. The team had a good attitude and was always available to communicate. Moreover, they were highly responsive and enthusiastic about doing a good job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for Wellblūm to improve on. They delivered what we wanted.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you feel comfortable with the account manager. If there are issues, their CEO will be on the call and be helpful with high-level things, like making sure you have the right account manager.

I’m the CMO of Modloft, a consumer products company. We design, manufacture, and sell high-quality furniture online and through our Miami showroom.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wellblūm?

We had an affiliate program that felt oversaturated with coupons and loyalty. We wanted help rebuilding a program around quality content and creative ideas to leverage the channel.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wellblūm managed all our affiliate programs through CJ Affiliate and helped us migrate our business to Impact. They also helped create content briefs for publishers, get creative in the types of partnerships we looked to foster, and provided biweekly reporting.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Wellblūm.

How did you come to work with Wellblūm?

We found them through an online search. Their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they understood where we faced challenges in the affiliate space.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2023–January 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We cleaned up our publisher list and were able to focus growth on higher-quality partners. For example, we were able to engage partners like LTK and have them agree to an 8% commission rate versus their standard 15%. We also saw an increase in sales on organic channels. Moreover, we noticed that Modloft was one of the top-performing brands on ShopMy affiliate performance. Our tastemakers drove $6,400 in order volume to our brand, showing strong and growing demand from our creator community.

How did Wellblūm perform from a project management standpoint?

They always delivered on time. We mainly communicated through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Wellblūm was always highly creative in the opportunities they presented. They were also creative in the types of activations we could do on affiliate marketing without having too many flat-fee placements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they were great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Although our relationship is paused because we’re changing a few things in our business model, we hope to restart our partnership soon.

I’m the senior marketing programs manager of GolfForever, a company that offers a personalized, science-based golf training system that combines exercise equipment with streaming instructions to improve golfers’ flexibility, strength, and performance.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wellblūm?

We needed help launching our first affiliate program to expand brand awareness and drive direct-to-consumer sales by tapping into new audiences outside of our existing channels. Since we were starting from scratch, we needed an experienced partner to guide us through everything.

Wellblūm has launched and managed our first affiliate program end-to-end. Their scope includes building the program’s foundation, recruiting and onboarding partners, creating a campaign strategy, managing day-to-day communications, and delivering regular reporting and optimization. Specifically, they’ve set up tracking, defined commission structures, created program guidelines, and recruited our first partners.

Wellblūm’s affiliate program has surpassed 12% of our online revenue in just one quarter, a milestone typically reached after six months.

Wellblūm’s project management is organized and proactive, and they consistently deliver on time. We primarily communicate via Slack and have biweekly team meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Wellblūm’s ability to simplify the process and act as an extension of our team stands out the most.
