Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the marketing manager of Mouhtaridis Silkline. Mouhtaridis Silkline is a silk factory based in Soufli, a town in Evros regional unit, in Greece.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pirate Scale?

We hired Pirate Scale because we needed to be more active and productive in our social media. We had to build our brand awareness throughout Greece, increase engagement in our Social Media Accounts and also boost sales.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Pirate Scale through a recommendation. After our very first call, we saw that they really know how to manage a company like ours and how to help us grow. We felt safe, and we decided to start our collaboration. And we are really happy we did!

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had a lot to fix. In the beginning, we needed to reach our online audiences and our target group. In order to do that they start creating and scheduling monthly posts with targeted copy and content. After we started getting our presence online, they came up with multiple proposals and a solid business plan in order to agree on the most suitable strategy for our company. They finally came up with a custom made plan, involving campaigns and advertising. This plan was exactly what our company needed! They also helped us a lot with the technology and things on the backend of our eshop! Generally, Pirate Scale, saw the exact needs and the goals of Mouhtaridis Silkline, and managed to perfectly adjust them in a business plan made just for us.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked closely with 3 people from their team. The really experienced, general manager of the company, the key account social media manager and the guy from the technical department. We had plenty of online calls with the general manager and constant contact via email and phone calls with all three of them. They were super kind and available to anything we might need.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the first 3 months we saw our social media’s reach and engagement increased by 60%! Our online sales also increased by 25%. We really didn’t expect such a rapid grow in our social media presence and sales. By now we already count more than 3,350 likes on our Facebook page!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was more than effective. The people of the team we are working with, were really easy to communicate with. They manage to keep us updated on every detail. We were feeling comfortable to ask anything we wanted to, and we had their support for anything we might need, even after office hours. We felt safe! I think that is the most important and the most difficult to find in an external partner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really know everything about social media, digital marketing and online sales. The most impressive thing, as far as our experience goes, is that they manage to make you feel like you are their only client. It is like we hired a digital marketing agency just for ourselves. They made us feel special at the very first call. We are really, more than glad for Pirate Scale being a part of our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No areas for improvement at the moment!
