redesigned our entire Shopify ecommerce experience for our luxury fashion brand. The scope included UX/UI strategy, creation of a new Figma design system, and full redesign of key pages (homepage, collection pages, product pages, cart, and checkout). They refined our brand visuals and layouts to better reflect a high-end positioning while keeping a strong focus on usability and conversions.

We saw clear improvements after launching the new experience. Customers are spending more time on the site and browsing more products per session. We also received positive feedback from clients on the clarity, aesthetics, and “luxury” feel of the new design, which matches our brand much better.

The designer presented 3 creative routes, I chose one that suited my brand vision. Once we had a direction, the designer and his team implemented the vision across all channels.

I worked with the Head of Design, Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, Copywriter and Web Developer.
