The Scope of Works for FES was multi-faceted. Ultimately our deliverables were generating more business for FES in an efficiently and cost manner, starting small and growing once ROI results could be substantiated and actualized. Webris achieved this within the first 90 days and ever since we have just continued to optimize the campaigns and increase the spend, maintaining ROI and recently increase it again to over 3X.

FES needed a brand-new Paid Media and Qualified lead strategy, previous companies had become expensive with high CPA, low volumes and with a lack of overall quality. Webris can in and totally revamped our entire Paid Media strategy from top to bottom, they provided incredible strategic insight and analytics into how we should structure our Website, Lead Forms, which Keywords should be targeted and careful management of spend.

In addition, Webris rebuilt our website, webpages, off and on page SEO to ensure organic growth on Google Search but also merge these changes into the Paid Media campaign efforts to generate maximum results.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Quite simply, Return on Investment (ROI), we are generating a 350%+ ROI now the campaigns have stabilized and matured. This is not a pretend or 'gross ROI' this is truly the pre-tax profit contributed from campaigns against the fixed and variable cost of Webris and their paid media efforts.

It is extremely difficult to generate ROIs like this, especially with our normal marketing methods such as Trade Shows, therefore anything about a 200%+ ROI is great, 300%+ is remarkable and then it just becomes a debate of how much more spend can we put into this without diluting the ROI benchmark we've achieved.

The Webris team are pretty much flawless, led by Ryan who in my opinion is an industry leader and incredible critical thinker, Ryan has a fantastic way of synthesizing all inputs and variables, no matter what the product or service is, and then generating a cohesive output, which is effectively a multi-level marketing plan, for us with a specific focus on lead generation.

However, Ryan is also complimented by a very strong and credible team with a depth of industry knowledge and specialisms. Communications from Ryan and all of his team were short, simple, frequent, and timely. Nobody was ever late for physical and virtual meetings and the working style with formal yet casual, which is my preferred style.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Speed of results and generation of a solid ROI, especially when prior third-parites were unable to obtain anywhere near these results within much longer time periods and at much greater expense.

You can always ask for a slightly reduced fixed fee to ensure you have less risk but ultimately this would be an unfair ask because you are getting the quality and man-hours in relation to the fixed cost being charged, therefore it is more than market competitive and fair.
