We are all about collaborating with our customers to create vivid digital experiences for users and empowering our clients with future proof technology and methods.

WHOM WE DO IT FOR - Growth-oriented companies.
We work with forward-thinking companies looking to deliver high-end customer experiences online in order to capitalize on their sales and marketing efforts.
WHY IT WORKS - Our service is effective for 3 specific reasons:
1) We’ve abandoned legacy workflows and tooling like WordPress giving our clients’ websites a massive boost in speed, accessibility, and scalability. Many of our clients see an immediate increase in their user engagement KPIs.
2) The center of modern branding, marketing, and sales is the website. By using our composable product and service we form a strategic alliance built on solving our client’s specific user experience problems. This collaboration saves our clients an enormous amount of time and delivers immense value.
3) Migrating to future-proof technology is about more than website performance - it is about better publishing tools too. Headless CMS and Headless Commerce allow for true omnichannel content and better SERP performance. Enabling our clients to place their content and commerce wherever their customer is.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a chiropractor that focuses on upper cervical chiropractic that deals with the neck to resolve health issues around the brain.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with WebriQ?
I had a previous website where a person built my site but left me on my own if there were issues. This past September, it completely stopped working. The new patient forms weren’t sending to my inboxes, weird code showed up, and no updates were working.
While my social media person tried to help me out, I needed someone else to help get everything going again.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Alex (Co-Founder) walked me through the entire process, explaining what their company does.
We spoke about what I wanted at first. They recognized my niche in the chiropractic field. They also asked what colors, images, and content I wanted.
It was a smooth transition that involved building a brand-new website with all of my old content migrated over.
What is the team composition?
Alex has a team under him. There’s a contact assigned to my website.
How did you come to work with WebriQ?
My friend put me in contact with them. He uses them for his website.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent a little less than $1,800 on the website. We spend about $100 each month to keep everything going.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started talking to them in late September 2020, and the site was launched in December 2020. They continue providing maintenance services for me.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My website is now more modern. It is also adaptable for mobile and desktop. It was completed in a timely fashion. If I need an update or something needs to be fixed, they’re right on it.
It’s still new, but I’m getting more emails on the new patient request form. I think people are enjoying it, and it’s working just how I need it to.
They’re very accommodating. I have a podcast, and that team needs access to the site. WebriQ was able to give them a set of credentials.
How did WebriQ perform from a project management standpoint?
From a project management standpoint, they’re extremely efficient.
If there’s an update or I need something fixed, I’ll email my contact. There is also a system that they gave me access to. I can upload a task with a due date, and someone will have it done for me within a few days. There’s never a day where I don’t go without hearing from them.
They’re always there to help and get the problem solved.
What did you find most impressive about them?
WebriQ listens to their customers. They know what they want and then use their expertise to deliver. They make websites work out the best way for their clients.
Are there any areas they could improve?
As of right now, no. If I need to talk to someone, they’ll set up a meeting that day. I don’t have any areas for improvement for them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Know what you want in a website. They’ll deliver it to you. Even if you don’t know what you want, they have a detailed questionnaire that would steer people in the right direction. You’re going to find a winning website either way.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of The Restoration Depot, a virtual wellness service that supports individuals' social, emotional, physical, and intellectual well-being.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with WebriQ?
Alex (Co-Founder) reached out to assess my website at the time.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I knew I had wanted to do something with my website since I created it myself. Alex put together a video assessment for me. The video gave me parameters of what I could do to improve my website.
What is the team composition?
I believe 3–5 different developers were involved.
How did you come to work with WebriQ?
We connected through LinkedIn.
How much have you invested with them?
The project cost about $1,800.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from November 2020–January 2021.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I was impressed with what he sent back. We recently launched our improved website, so it’s early to see trends. We have connected Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
I’m receiving responses from a national advertising campaign through my website. I know people are appreciating it and finding it easy to navigate. I’ve also received questions through our contact page. I’m already pleased with what I’m seeing.
How did WebriQ perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very good and responsive to any questions I had. We communicated through email and their help desk. Their team would send links for me to review their work, and then I would send back emails with changes or suggestions, or ideas. After that, everything would be approved and finalized.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re highly organized. I appreciated this because I’m an organized person. I found it easy to work with them. There were never any miscommunications, and it all went very smoothly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There was one thing I mentioned to Alex. When we did a review, and there were multiple developers, the versions would be different. Some of the things that I already went through and corrected would be incorrect. I spoke to Alex to alleviate that situation to ensure all of the developers were working on the same version.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be thoughtful about what you want to see. Be able to communicate that to them through the paperwork they send. Don’t just try to work through the paperwork as quickly as possible because that helps them bring your vision to life.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the marketing director for a lighting marketing firm. We represent about 95 commercial lighting manufacturers and market their products to the architectural, engineering, distributor, and contractor communities to get our products specified on jobs.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with WebBriQ?
We’ve been working with a web developer for about five years but response time became an issue, so we were looking for a new developer.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
WebriQ provided web development services. They added a content management interface that would allow our internal team to make small changes by ourselves.
What is the team composition?
We worked with an account manager, who is our main point of contact, and three others. However, I now get email updates from 5–6 members of their team.
How did you come to work with WebriQ?
WebriQ reached out to one of the agency owners, who asked me to check them out. We set up a meeting with the owner, and their website and service model were appealing. I liked that they had a team of more than just one freelancer, which was our past situation.
How much have you invested with them?
We have invested $2,000 for everything from onboarding to launch and an additional monthly fee that covers any changes or additions.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement with WebriQ began in December 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re in a unique situation where we’ve penetrated 100% of our market. Our website serves to share information with current customers as opposed to helping us acquire new ones.
The site has been very well received from customers and has helped with our brand recognition. We’ve recieved lots of positive feedback on its fresh look and navigability. We’re now able to change content without leaning on the developer, which is a major upgrade for us.
How did WebriQ perform from a project management standpoint?
I get email updates every time changes are made, which is helpful. We utilize Slack to communicate with each other.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was very satisfied with the final product.
Are there any areas they could improve?
This applies to almost every developer I’ve ever worked with, but the learning curve on both sides can be a bit of a hurdle. You have to learn the best ways to communicate and work to understand each other’s expectations.
The ticketing system we initially used didn’t fit our needs. I expressed our difficulties staying on top of the various tickets and WebriQ pivoted immediately. After setting up a Slack channel, things ran much smoother. Making Slack their default communication system could be helpful.

WebriQ provides development services for an API data analytics firm. Their work includes creating an API-first website with a React backend.
WebriQ’s work meets the basic expectations for speed. The team is fast-paced and organized. Although they're efficient, they could provide clearer milestones and deadlines during the scoping phase.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the chief revenue officer of a commercial datastore for API calls.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with WebriQ?
We needed help with development. We had a very rudimentary site and we wanted to build a headless architecture to connect all of our content channels.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’re building an API-first website with a React backend to lead into our product.
What is the team composition?
We work with an account manager, a project manager, and two additional React developers.
How did you come to work with WebriQ?
Their sales and marketing director reached out to our CEO and gave us an initial assessment of how we could be smarter and optimize our performance.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $25,000–$50,000, if not less. We pay them on a monthly basis.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2020, and our work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were starting from scratch, so it’s less about ROI and more about building the right infrastructure. WebriQ is responsive and tuned to what we need.
How did WebriQ perform from a project management standpoint?
We used Zoho for project management. We also had a dedicated Slack channel to ask questions and do check-ins.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Some clarity around the outset on due dates would be great. Sometimes it feels like I have to chase when things are getting ready. A bit more visibility would be helpful.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Like any vendor, understand your needs clearly. Understand where you need to provide guidelines and what you need from them.

I wanted to hire a company that would make the process simple, fast, and that would enable me to make easy changes to our website routinely in the future.
SOLUTION

After a call with the owner who described the process, it was clear WebriQ's values are consistent with mine: Exceed the customer's expectations. I loved how he communicated. Full transparency. Simple process. Great value for the service.
Describe the project in detail.
Not only did they re-design the website successfully but they became my graphic designer (didn't need to make a separate hire for changes to my logo through the web design) and I remain a client with them for ongoing website support and updates.
What was the team composition?
We had 2 point people and a help desk to field our questions and outreaches. Questions were answered typically in 24 hours.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder and COO of AGL Coaching for Good. My husband is the CEO and together with some other business partners, we founded the company. We are focused on building better team leaders. We help people in director management or executive leadership positions grow in their role and grow their confidence as leaders to be able to lead teams more effectively.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with WebriQ?
We weren’t exactly website design people and previously, we were doing the website on our own and decided that having someone who could manage that for us just made a lot of sense. In addition, we outstripped our ability to click and drag on Squarespace. We also needed more functionality than we could achieve on our own. As a result, we hired WebriQ to manage our website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our profession or industry is only 25 years old, quite young, and a lot of the challenge of marketing and selling is educating people about what we do. Thus, the website has to be an educational resource as well as a storefront. One of the big things that they do is provide unlimited updates and edits to our website. That has allowed us to experiment on what works, what doesn't, and what resonates with our audience.
What is the team composition?
We’ve interacted with as many as 10 people from WebriQ.
How did you come to work with WebriQ?
We know Alex (Co-Founder) through networking and connections in Colorado Springs. We both live in the same community and he’s really invested in our communities. We met him at a few different meetings and we just sat down with him one day to hear a little more about what he does and we also shared what we do. We briefly looked at other options and decided their company was the best since they could provide a little bit of web consulting.
They're not brand consultants, but because they do websites and do them really well, they could give insights and directions about the website and information that should be provided in the platform. Moreover, they offered an affordable ongoing solution where we don't have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket up front and we are not paying thousands of dollars a month. In the end, their model really works well for us for the amount of work we need them to complete and for our budget as a small business.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent less than $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement started in January 2020, and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I don’t think there have been any changes that we can attribute directly to WebriQ. There’s been a lot of ups and downs this year overall. There's also our ability or lack of ability to maximize their offerings, so there are still changes and updates we're making to the website. We're still figuring out what works during the global pandemic, but I'm not sure that there's really much we can attribute businesswise to WebriQ at this point.
How did WebriQ perform from a project management standpoint?
They have an online portal that they have developed and used. It has been incredibly user-friendly and was helpful during the initial onboarding process. They are highly communicative and we can send in changes and requests, and have things done within hours.
When we are doing major updates, they do a good job of giving us 1–2 key contact people. Then, those two key contacts work with their team to get everything done.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They did a really good job at the beginning by taking the time to understand what we wanted and what we were looking for. Then, from there they started building our website. We didn't need to sit down and say specific things about what we want to achieve. Instead, we gave them a big picture and they made the initial transition from there and sent us the website for approval. There have been changes and tweaks that were made, but overall, it has been a very smooth process.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Since COVID-19 happened, it's been a little harder to get changes made promptly. We talked to them about that and they explained that the places around the world where they employ people don't always have the same level of infrastructure that we have in the US.
With people being quarantined at home and not always having access to computers at home, they just had a limited workforce. However, during the global pandemic, other competitors have also been offering something new on their website, so they removed and added things. In relation to that, it has been disappointing that we've not been experiencing an immediate turnaround from the team, but completely understandable for this time of year. I would say any disappointment we have is with 2020 generally, and not with WebriQ.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You can build a basic site on Squarespace, but if you want and need more functionality than you can get on your own, it's a solid investment when you hire WebriQ. I personally know one entrepreneur that went with WebriQ and was disappointed with them because he's not yet at the stage of business where he can do that.
I think the team's package for small businesses is for those who still have the capital to put in the investment. If you can edit a bare-bones website yourself, there's no really reason to hire them, but it's nice to offload the process to somebody who's far more confident and capable and can make your site look good across other platforms. In addition, they can make it load faster. I think there's definitely a large niche of businesses that are a little bit afraid to go through making their own website and watching other professionals make it themselves, but also do not have a whole dedicated tech department themselves.
If you’re not an actively growing business, maybe find another solution. However, if you’re actually going to grow, it’s an awesome way to be able for a pretty affordable price to be able to keep your website up to date and make changes as you grow. In the process, you can also test things out — check if a part of the website is working and if a month later it's not good, you can change it again. The benefit of engaging with WebriQ lies on the fact that you can run experiments and maximize it while checking what resonates with your customer base.
