I’m a manager at G.H. Yacoubian Ltd., a consumer products and services company. We’re a locksmith shop that offers residential and automotive services. We also manufacture rubber stamps of all kinds and can prepare all types of signs. Wholesale in all of the above areas is the backbone of our business.

We hired Webarts to create awareness and put us on social media.

Webarts has worked on our website and all of our social media accounts. They’ve created a new website that’s more user-friendly. They also create content and manage posts on all of our social media platforms along with the budget.

We’ve seen a 5%–10% increase in website traffic, customer inquiries, and sales as a result of the work Webarts has done. We also receive monthly reports showing which posts are more successful. The most successful posts are mostly the ones that have to do with keys.

Webarts always delivers on time. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

I’m impressed by how Webarts prepares posts. They’re consistent, and I like the presentation of the posts on how the next month will be presented.

There’s always room for improvement. Webarts could maybe ask and pressure us for more materials, photos, and videos.
