I have a hosting business company name Cretaforce and I am the owner of it. We sell domain and hosting services.

Web-Net helped us with our Social Media Campaign, we launched for the first time in our history a facebook campaign which lead to an amazing increase of customers.

What were your goals for this project?

We set milestones to increase our brand awareness by 150% and we managed to have more than 200%. We sold more than 200 new hosting plans to new customers.

We found Web-Net via google organic search in the greek market they had an amazing portfolio so we knew we had chosen the right team.

We called them and we did some skype call meetings , then we arranged a final meeting in their office which is based in Athens, Greece and together we decided which campaign would serve us better. Planning and execution was according to plan and everything went smoothly.

Even the communication was perfect, emails , calls and zoom meetings were everything we asked in order to be happy from their services and they were glad to overdeliver. Thats why we continue investing more in social ads.

We worked with the social media manager Maria and with the head of Marketing George Liontos. Both were amazing.

As a company we wouldn't like to share details about our business cause we have a lot of competition in the Greek Market so we prefer to stay low profile at this period. Maybe in the future we will.

Everything went smoothly and the customer experience before and after the execution was remarkable.

The most amazing part was the Head Manager. He was like 24/7 online to support us with our needs. Never seen that before.

We believe that the only part Web-Net needs to improve is their branding, we find them by google , they should use more ads for themselves. They have really good services to offer to businesses.

In a really short time, web-net managed to increase our sales to 200%. Due to their knowledge and special skills, they managed to improve our position on google search as well.

The project manager was easy to communicate and work with. He was very professional and always available to answer our calls or meeting with us besides our shceduled appointments. Excellent collaboration!

We were very impressed by the knowledge that people in web-net had about our industry. Especially the executive manager is a very inspiring person, we actually struggled to keep up with his innovative ideas. They are very thoughtful and cover all our needs. Our collaboration was and still remains excellent.
