With over 60,000 duplicate records in our Pipedrive CRM, we asked WayDigit to create a custom tool to merge these records. In just two days, they delivered a cost-effective solution, saving us $4,800 compared to third-party services. The server cost was under $30. They utilized Node.js, MongoDB, and the Pipedrive API to develop the tool.

3. Custom Count-Down Timer for Emails

WayDigit built a custom count-down timer for our email campaigns, allowing us to run limited-time offers seamlessly across our email marketing efforts.

4. Custom time-tracker for team members

To replace the paid QuickBooks Tracker, WayDigit built a custom Time Tracker with advanced budgeting and custom features.

The frontend is built with Vue.js, Element Plus, Pinia, and CanvasJS for smooth UX and dynamic charts. date-fns and Luxon ensure precise date handling.

On the backend, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL power a reliable API. Features include Google Auth, email timers with Canvas and gifencoder, and detailed logging via Winston.

Overall, the website has helped us establish a strong digital presence and attract more local customers. We’ve had 112 clicks and 3,060 impressions despite the fact that the website is newly launched. I know that many new local businesses take 3–6 months just to start showing up in search results at all. We keep growing, as well as an increased number of customers who come from the website.
