What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The impact of their services has been very positive for our campaigns — we’ve always had a great reach. Currently, we reach 50,000–50,000 people, depending on the campaign, and the results are promising. Our commercial campaigns always bring quality leads; we have a conversion of about 10% — so far, we’ve had a great experience working with them.

The results have been very positive. Wasabi has helped us achieve our goals of reaching a younger market. They do a great job translating our ideas into content to help us get our message across through our campaigns.

Their project management is great, but they could send their deliverables earlier than they do. We communicate mainly through email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with the quality of their design and their ability to reach our audience. Wasabi is great at optimizing their work according to our needs and budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Whenever we have campaigns planned for specific days, the team usually sends us the promotional materials very close to the release date. Unfortunately, this means we don’t have much time to review their work and request changes. It’s something they could improve on even though we rarely require modifications.

They started off with market and brand research to define our target market, after which they designed a communications plan. The plan consisted of an update to our homepage. They also created an advertising and marketing plan for Instagram and Facebook. As a result, they now continue to create our content, manage our contests, and more.

I heard about Wasabi before so I knew they were an excellent company. We decided to keep working with them because they always provided great results.

We started working with them in March 2021, and we have an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we started with this project we’ve been able to see an increase in our sales. To be specific, during the first month, our web sales had an impressive increase of 70%.  After that, we’ve maintained a steady web sales increase of 30%. Above all, our clients have found the changes on our image and our social media very good. To them, our website has become more attractive, too.

They have a good project management process. We have monthly Zoom meetings to review metrics, and we also have constant communication via email. Overall, we’ve had very minor issues; I believe 95% of the time everything goes according to plan.

They’re young and hardworking so they have a great understanding of the digital space. On top of that, they’re very flexible and open to feedback. Overall, we're a goal-oriented company so we want to see our metrics met, and the team has been able to do that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At first, we went through an adjustment period, but Wasabi was able to promptly solve our issues. As a result, everything is working perfectly now.

One very innovative project we had this year during quarantine was to launch a campaign of Instagram filters that allowed our clients to try different shades of glasses for our clients to try on and buy online.

We have a project manager that I work directly with, every once in a while I also meet up with designers, and more but my daily point of contact is the project manager. I am not sure about how many people are involved in the project in total but it should be more than 5 or 6.

I had heard of the company, I knew that they are very well positioned in the local market, so we contacted them. We interviewed different companies but ended up choosing them because we felt like they really captured the essence of what we were trying to do and to communicate.
