Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The campaigns they worked in have achieved the projected KPIs in terms of reach and interaction. The Project Leader (Martín Gargiulo) was always receptive to feedback and helpful in terms of changes and suggestions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The attention and predisposition of the assigned team were always great. Although generating specific communication for our industry was a major challenge and required many meetings, they were always accommodating to carry them out as many times as necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team that was assigned to the project, as well as, one of the founders/directors were always available and had a very good predisposition.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our communication was always in English and with very technical wording from the software industry, which led to some content having text errors.

Sometimes it's hard for me to see the results of certain campaigns on specific platforms, so I think they should focus on using the sites with the best performance.

The results have exceeded our expectations. For instance, we saw a 7% increase in leads for one of our brands. Also, in general, 50% of our growth across our digital channels is due to our ad campaigns.

How did Wasabi perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve managed to stick to our agreed-upon budget, and we have weekly meetings to discuss adjustments and strategies. Moreover, they upload all the content to a shared Google drive so that we can make adjustments together — this system works perfectly for us. We communicate through WhatsApp, Zoom, and in-person meetings.

Their leaders are great, and they’re always communicating with us to make sure we get the expected results. Overall, they’re a very hard-working partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wasabi Digital provides digital marketing services for us. They started by doing market research to discover who our competitors were, our target customers, and how we were positioned among our consumers. They then set up a series of campaigns according to our goals and target and presented a monthly calendar with ideas, content, pictures, and promotions. After that, they provide us with the campaign’s metrics at the end of the month so we can see which performed better and plan accordingly for the following month. The platforms we use are Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Project management is good; they stay on budget and adjust to us whenever we need extra work by sending a quotation that specifies the required hours and every detail of the process. Overall, they’ve been very professional and have met every requirement.

In terms of tools and communication, we use on-site meetings and Google Meet.

I like the work environment they offer and the connection they’ve established with us. Wasabi Digital’s team is always pending on our needs, always responds timely, and is very respectful and committed to our work.
