I am the company director of a fast growing business selling natural stone products to builders, construction companies, landscapers and general public. Our business has been growing year on year and we are always looking to make improvements by working specialist in the field to help market our company to existing and prospective new buyers.

Competition is so fierce in our market and we always need to stay on top of our game. Unfortunately our previous SEO company lost sight and failed to keep up with our expectation so we reached out to Elite SEO and what a difference they have made in a short space of time.

We tender the SEO and PPC management of our website and had a very strict brief. They stood out from all the bids we had and fully understood our needs. They also seem to share a lot of their experience prior to awarding this business which made them a credible company to work with.

They were given a specific brief which they fully understood our requirements. Essentially it was doing a deep dive analysis of our business, assessing the gaps and making suggestions of improvements. Also conduct a competitor analysis to highlight the weakness in our business and what we need to do to keep up with our competition.

Implemented their recommendations effectively and keeping me up to date when each millstone was completed. Their communication and the ability to communicate via different platforms was immense.

Assigned a project manager for the SEO and PPC part of the project and they were a pleasure to work with. Extremely professional and always went the extra mile to deliver customer satisfaction.

Improved my domain authority way above my competitors, significantly improved the PPC and conversion rate, optimisation score on Google and products are ranking better as well. This was in the space of 4 weeks Elite delivered this improvement.

Have been great managing my expectations in fact way above. They stayed on top of their brief with regular reports via mobile communication, skype and other platforms.

They put the customers at the heart of everything they do. I could see customer satisfaction was their number 1 priority. It is a pleasure to work with a company that has strong business ethics, professional and effective communicators but also very hard working. Simple things like in the morning checking to see how I am etc..

Nothing. They have gone above and beyond my expectations and I am sure they will keep up this good standard.
