Vivasoft Limited was engaged from 'Day 1' to provide services in scaling klikit.  With their expertise we have been able to accomplish incredible things - launching our MVP in just three (3) months from the contract start - to now being live across seven separate geographies and millions of orders.  

Initially we worked to devise the product that met basic customer requirements, but at the same time the team at Vivasoft were instrumental to ensuring we followed Engineering 'Best Practices' early - which has ensured both our stability and scalability in the years that followed.  

We have been delighted to work with them on this project, and will continue to keep them as advisors as we continue to grow.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we started with Vivasoft we've been able to scale our platform and product to handle millions of real-time transactions on an annualised basis across seven separate geographies - each requiring their own nuanced approach to integrations that were needed to make it successful.

We are well on track to creating something truly amazing and none of it would have been possible without the help - and partnership of Vivasoft.

Vivasoft was always timely in delivery, and were regular communicators about the status of the project and the requirements that needed to be met.  We used a combination of emails, virtual meetings and Slack to ensure close coordination with our teams on the ground - translating feedback from our markets into real product insights and services.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The expertise of the developers working at Vivasoft is truly top-notch.  They have a number of gifted individuals, which work even better together in teams.  This is rare from software agencies who are notorious for pairing developers that don't fit well together - but at Vivasoft, everyone is closely connected and they have an amazing culture that resonated with ours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vivasoft Limited could have done differently?

Vivasoft really works with you as if they too are part of the 'startup journey' with you as a Founder.  This is because the owners are both seasoned entrepreneurs themselves, and if they work with you - there is a real sense of belief in you and your business.  This might not be for everyone, but if it sounds like something you're interested in - don't hestiate to reach out.

We're a global community that experiments with science-based biohacks through online programs and healthy competition to improve health and wellbeing. Wellteam's global community brings members together to undertake changes to habits. Our members take on The World's Healthiest Habits using our online tools. Members track their progress and can have a fully automated custom program built using an online screening/survey tool. We gamify wellbeing to ensure members remain engaged and compete globally in the Wellteam Global Challenge. I am the Founder, Managing Director of Wellteam Pty Ltd

Continue to modify and innovate around the user experience. Engagement is critical and user expectations change. We've been redesigning and redeveloping the user onboarding experience to enable at-scale onboarding with low resource requirements.

We used Vivasoft to design and develop a customised web application for Wellteam. The website required development of: 

• automated process with personalised report building 
• customised dashboard for users and admin team
• automated email and web notifications 
• payment processing system 
• individual, company and team account creation and onboarding process 
• points tracking system with dynamic leaderboards 
• event management system to enable members to create an online or offline event, join an event or cancel from an event 
• sharable mechanisms to enable user to share dynamic web content via Facebook and LinkedIn
  
  
• Vivasoft have continued with the development phase but have gone above and beyond by engaging a broader team to get further input. The project team is always adapting to the changing needs of the project as different experience is required to problem solve.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Functional website with low error rate. Usable functionality with low complaints from end-users. Good utilisation rates by members.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Vivasoft have been very responsible to our needs and changing needs over time. Due to our iterative approach, they have been quick to adapt to changes and respond quickly when bugs have been found. As the founder, I have limited web development experience and it took me time to know what I was doing. They were very respectful and adaptive to my needs as a partner.

What was your primary form of communication with Vivasoft Limited?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Really appreciated their willingness to make suggestions and pre-empt what was required (given my limited technical knowledge). They were very responsive and we have built a very positive working relationship from the co-founders of Vivasoft through to their team. It has been a pleasure working with them, despite some stressful times where they have worked long-hours and long weeks to get the project milestone delivered.
How did your relationship with your partner evolve?: 

We've continued to strengthen our relationship with Vivasoft over the last few years working together on Wellteam. Their team have become a bit like family and we've loved watching the company evolve.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vivasoft Limited could have done differently?
When we first started building Wellteam, we were using Trello. Due to my limited technical knowledge, much of the project detail was foreign to me. This left me confused at the start until we resolved to use Miro as a visual way of communicating my needs and ideas in non-technical language. It may have been of benefit to begin using Miro or a more non-technical tool to start with and may have saved time and frustration on their behalf initially.
Software dev and IT is a constantly evolving space that's rapidly changing. From what we see, they're always aiming to improve their process and practices. We've been the beneficiaries of that with a new QA person now embedded into our team.
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

If you need a cost effective solution to build out your software / web dev project then Vivasoft should be on your shortlist. They're great to work with and have a highly engaged team who love a challenge. We love working them.

I'm the CTO of We Select, an advertising and marketing company. We help companies attract and hire the right talent by running data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns on social media. We do this through our SaaS platform, Mondea, which integrates with ATS systems for automation and analytics.

Vivasoft Limited supports us with backend development for Mondea. Their work focuses on building and maintaining integrations with leading ATS systems, developing data pipelines into our analytics layer, and enhancing automation features for campaign setup and management. Their scope of work includes designing and implementing scalable APIs, ensuring data security and compliance, and delivering functionality that allows our clients to better track recruitment marketing performance within the platform.

We started working with them in November 2024, and our collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since our collaboration is ongoing, the outcomes are best measured in terms of milestones achieved rather than final results. Vivasoft Limited has successfully delivered working ATS integrations, improved the stability and scalability of our data pipelines, and accelerated our overall development velocity. These contributions have allowed us to release new features to customers faster and ensure that Mondea continues to evolve in line with our roadmap.

Internally, our team has highlighted that Vivasoft Limited quickly adapted to our workflows, improved delivery speed, and provided reliable technical expertise that freed up our core team to focus on strategic initiatives. From a client perspective, the successful rollout of new ATS integrations and smoother analytics reporting has been well received, indicating that the collaboration is directly contributing to a stronger customer experience.
