We've been using the software tool that VirtueNetz delivered, and they've been providing us with ongoing support for our company and customers.

We're 100% satisfied with our partnership even though the budget for the project went above the initial projection — our customers have also been very happy with the productivity.

We regularly keep in contact with their team, as they’re part of our internal Slack system.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What they’ve done well is the move from a transactional request to a genuine partnership in which they helped us survive as a business by being flexible with the initial costs.

Are there any areas they could improve?        

They quickly deal with staffing issues and support us consistently despite the adversity they're currently facing, so I can't think of anything they need to improve on.

I would advise you to set up regular calls with them to catch base on what’s working and what needs to be worked on.

Our firm, Change Craft, was going through a business transformation from a change management consulting company to a new focus to help leaders of finite teams create exceptional results and extraordinary teams. We need to change our brand, identity, and messaging to reflect the new business focus.

We prepared a detailed scope document of where we were today, what our new future looked like, and the gaps that needed to be addressed. We outlined our new branding and style guide and functionality that would be brand new to us as we expanded from a B2B model to now include B2C and B2B2C.

Our previous website was not designed well, was too wordy and we had stability issues. We were looking for a partner that could help us not just with the build of a new website but brought extensive experience in experience and graphic design.

We had collected proposals from several agencies including VirtueNetz who was recommended by one of our board members. Upon meeting with Adnan and the team, we were impressed by the past work, range of clients, and ease of communication.

Change management training is a crowded marketplace, but the quality of what we do and how we do it is substantially unique and remarkably powerful compared to our competition.

We need a website that tells our story and value proposition – and one that converts visitors-to-customers-to -repeat customers-evangelists for referrals.

Our measures of success:

What we know needs to change from the current website. Anything in yellow is on us to create:

• Need a website that functions properly
• A modern design that elicits a positive first impression
• Have a clear and concise message about what we do and who we do it for
• Reduce the amount of context and revise to a more conversional tone
• Reduce main menu navigation
• Eliminate user-experience clunky-ness with integrated partners
• Consolidate domains under one umbrella (i.e. BRATLAB, etc.)

And here is a list of things that are missing from the current site:

• Strategically placed CTAs
• Utilize website marketing functionality such as promo ads
• Have a clear and concise message about what we do and who we do it for
• Add graphics and design elements that are energetic
• Incorporate design elements that align with the brand
• Provide more ways to connect with us (schedule appointment)
• Achieve optimal data and hosting security to move purchasing from partners to owning ourselves – MUST also be GDR compliant
• We need adaptive design that presents US English or UK English depending on user
• Integrate with tools we use that aren’t integrated today (CRM, E-Commerce, etc.)
• Own and design a post-purchase customer experience (possibly future phase)

• Offer more product packaging (training program vs stand-alone courses) with pricing options E-Commerce Our desire to move the purchase functionality to our site. Currently, the e-commerce takes place within TalentLMS where e-courses are accessed – and users can only use Stripe.

In addition to providing robust security and data handling measurements, the E-Commerce functionality needs to:

• Allow users to ‘purchase’ free courses using the registration process
• Provide options for each product or package for o Pay in full o Choose all-access subscription o Contact Us for group / special pricing

We have received great feedback on the redesign and have seen our traffic increase each month. The appointment scheduler and the addition of WhatsApp have provided us with some good leads and we have landed several significant clients as a result. Also, the website is so solid and stable, a huge improvement from the old site.

Communication was frequent, clear, and concise. We quickly gained confidence in their work as Adnan would reach out (Skype, email, WhatsApp) with questions or progress as they arose instead of waiting for the regular schedule weekly meeting.

So very professional - all the time. We had issues trying to access the source code of one of our web applications - the team worked tirelessly helping us uncover where to find the required data. What is unique is the talent and capabilities they have in different areas from technology, programming, design, and marketing - and with companies in the United States.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, the projects we have done together have met or exceeded expectations. Perhaps on future projects, we can meet more of the team working behind the scenes.
