We are a Marketing Company based in Brazil, and we hired VentaVeri so they could evaluate our day-to-day operations, the work we were doing for our clients and our SOP's. They would also train our employees about the latest trends in the world of Digital Marketing, as they are in the forefront of it.
First couple of weeks were dedicated to onboarding, where we gave them access to our accounts and our clients' accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and any other pertinent account necessary to scope out the whole process).
Then they started to work on each client account. The level of detail and competence was very good.
For each of our clients they did the following:
Joined the Ad accounts;
Analyzed the existing campaigns;
Worked at the account for nearly one month per each client, and;
At the end of each month they would give us a detailed report of what they changed, what they tested, and how much each Ad Account improved - detailing all the different campaigns and ad groups.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
In total they worked at 5 of our clients accounts. Here are the results they achieved:
Increase in our clients' revenue:
1st client: 20% uptick in daily new leads after the first two weeks. First month got us a 30% better performance compared to the previous month. The final report contained a step-by-step on how to keep improving this clients results month after month. For the following 4 months we achieved over 10% bumps monthly, except for the current month in which we are "only" at 9% -- which is still great and can be explained by seasonality. These are compounding improvements.
2nd client: 32% uptick in first few weeks. 3 consecutive months improving by at least 7%.
3rd client: 17% improvement after first 30 days, and 2 consecutive months increasing the number of incoming leads by 5%. This is a bigger client so we already expected the percentage growth to be smaller compared to the other clients, but it allowed us to charge significantly more from this client during contract renewal.
4th client: Almost the same as first client. 21% increase in results after 30 days, then a 10% increase in the following month
5th and final client: 14% improvement in first 30 days, and we expect to see double digits too for the following months.

They delivered everything on time as previously accorded.
Some accounts needed more time than others, but we were told to expect that. So we were happy to see that they were taking every account's unique characteristics into account, even if it would take a bit longer than the previous one (for example).
The team that was working on the project was also the team that would communicate with us, and they have very good communication skills so it was the ideal situation - they never left me hanging, anticipated most of the questions I would ask, and they always gave me an answer straight away without having to consult with anyone (no internal comms bureaucracy).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Small but powerful team. That means they can charge less than more popular bloated marketing companies, while delivering much more.
I hired 2 different agencies previously to Venta Veri, paid a lot and still had to go back and hire someone again. Now I don't expect to hire anyone else for a Consulting Service for the foreseeable future - and when I do, I will hire Venta Veri again.
I plan to do sometime in the next 3 years. We're expanding our venture, so we expect to encounter different challenges in this next phase.
Are there any areas for improvement or something VentaVeri could have done differently?
I don't have any complaints, but if I had to wrack my brain for a "constructive feedback" it would be this:
Providing Consulting services to other Marketing Agencies is not the main solution that Venta Veri usually provides, so the onboarding process had a few minor hurdles that we had to overcome together (they needed me to help solve those hurdles). But once they started to work directly with our clients accounts it was all "automatic".
I'm sure they already learned from this process after working with us, but as to not leave this answer blank I'll just say that they could have had a "tighter" onboarding process.
Just want to highlight that this was not even a issue, and it did not interfere with the service provided at all. This is just me wracking my brain for an "improvement area" since this is a mandatory part of the review process.
