ITSE is an Infomration Technology Systems Integrator and Value added Reseller delivering specialized services, innovative solutions and productos to Corporations and Organizations along Colombia, Guatemala and other countries in Latin America. I am the Chef Commercial Officer leading the Sales Team.

Our company relied on a Brand and Image that was urgently needed to change, adapting to the new digitlized era or 20s. Our prevous image did not corresponded to our vision, goals and the innovative serviceds we provide. We needed to look cool, sofisticated and a combination of a young but robust company.

We looked online and also with contacts for companies specialized on image and branding services with proved case studies and experience on Technology companies. From 5 companies we evaluated through meetings and proposal evaluation, VELOVE was by far the one that most understood our needs and surpase our expectations in the evaluation process.

Through metings, milestones, and a customer centric and orientated Process, Velove provided us with a project alliged with our goals, vision and value proposition, going from naming, branding, colors, speech and many more subjetcs that end in what we consider was a great brand and the begining of a new image for our company that was very well accepted and even appointed as new, cool and impressive by our own customers.

On the project worked around 5 to 6 péole incluiding graphic designeers, animation designers, branding specialist, project managers and cusomter account managers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After receiving deliverables such as a Great Brandbook, pices, PPT, and many others, our company implemented the new image in commercial proposal, contracts, letters, web site, Social media and so. Very well presented scheduling, meeting timeline, goals and adapting along with what we wanted.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge that combines with marketing and Branding cappabilities, focusing on our companies vision and differenciators to deliver a world class image for our company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

From our perspective, the project was 10 points out of 10 in almost every aspect.

I work as Manager and Partner of the company CAROL INSPIRE & CREATE SAS BIC. CAROL is a company dedicated to the import and marketing of supplies for the manufacture of jewelry, we are a facilitator for the creative processes of entrepreneurs in the business of assembling jewelry accessories.

For what projects/services did your company hire Velove Branding House, and what were your goals?

We contracted VeloVe to change the name of our company and give a new corporate image to our company, which had the name of Varieties and Fantasies Carol Cia. SAS, a very long name and that we had identified that we should change since one of the objectives is to have a more international projection in our company.

With VeloVé we found an excellent Partner for the development of the new brand, the logo, the branding manual, the new commercial name of our company and the new web address of our ecommerce.

We had already had an experience with previous companies that only offered the design part without getting very involved in understanding our company and our business. We saw the good work that VeloVe had done with companies such as the Cali Chamber of Commerce, Bidda (WeKall).

We asked their references to these companies about the work and the level of satisfaction, and this gave us the confidence to select for this very project. important for the continuity of our company and for this reason we selected VeloVe.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The objective of having a more international brand was achieved, customers quickly identified with the name CAROL, removing the word VARIEDADES which we did not like, the new brand was much easier to communicate, within the name of our company we communicate part of our purpose which is to INSPIRE AND CREATE.

It was also possible to position the name of Carolshop as the name of our ecommerce in a very short time. The change of brand and image was very well received by our customers.

With VeloVe we had sessions where the information was collected that allowed the VeloVe Studio to know the essence of the brand. In these sessions, feedback was given on the progress and the project was completed within the planned times.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they studied and understood the business before working was impressive. They know our values ​​and its essence, which allowed them to make a very successful proposal for the objectives sought at the beginning of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The development of the communication video, with which we launched the brand. In this part I think it can improve, select better partners for these developments since the company with which the video was made did not meet our expectations.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the manager at an agribusiness, food production, and distribution company. We have three business lines.

What challenges were you trying to address with  Velove Branding House?

We wanted to achieve uniformity among our business lines. We wanted to do all the new branding for the three lines, including our spices brands, one of our oldest with 11 years on the market.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially had a briefing process with Velove Branding House. We’d done it ourselves in the past with another company to determine our competitors, how they communicated with their clients, their colors, and more. We provided Velove Branding House with these results and had a couple of sessions to translate that into an action plan.

What was the team composition?

We worked with Paulo (Creative Director), and he had two teammates supporting him in the creative area.

How did you come to work with the Velove Branding House?

We did an analysis to gather information about the best local studios for the project. We chose about four service providers and had a series of interviews. With Velove Branding House, we had a great understanding from the first meetings. We also liked their proposal and style, so they were an excellent match for our business.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent between $4,000–$5,000.

What is the status of this engagement? 

We started working together in November 2021, and they finished the project around March 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We loved the results; we grew our sales after the project, so we already have tangible results. Moreover, our product now looks better than highly positioned or imported brands that are our competitors.

How did Velove Branding House perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great. We took a bit longer than planned, but it was because we added new things along the way. Nonetheless, Velove Branding House respected our budget; we had no additional costs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Velove Branding House was great at helping us identify new names to make our brand sound more in tune with what our consumers look for. They also made our logo match the product while maintaining a certain level of originality. Overall, we trusted their criteria to find areas of opportunity in every project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ll always find ways to improve their work, but I couldn’t point anything out in particular.
