Communication is frequent and practical, with regular updates, planning discussions, and clear explanations of technical issues. ValsyDev has delivered the main milestones on time and responds quickly when our priorities change. They’re proactive in raising risks early and offering solutions instead of waiting for problems to escalate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What we’ve been most impressed with is how product-oriented their engineering team is. They don’t treat the project as a list of isolated development tasks. They look at the platform as a long-term product and consistently think about scalability, performance, UX, and business value. Their AI and data engineering expertise is also very strong. They’re able to explain complex technical decisions clearly and recommend practical solutions that make sense for our stage of growth.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re very satisfied with the collaboration. One thing that could be useful in the future is even more detailed documentation for internal onboarding as the product and team grow. However, this isn’t a major issue during the project, and overall, the cooperation is smooth and effective.
