Valeria was engaged to design, develop, and build the official website of IREGS World (International Resilience Evaluation & Governance Systems). The scope of work included translating IREGS World’s institutional identity into a cohesive and professional digital presence aligned with its brand voice, visual guidelines, and service framework.

Her work covered the full design-to-launch cycle, including:

Development of the website structure, navigation, and page hierarchy reflecting IREGS World’s core pillars and service areas.
Design and implementation of responsive page layouts, typography, and brand-consistent color palette.
Integration of fixed-price service request forms and consultant registration forms.
Configuration of domain connection, SSL certificate, and publication through Webflow.
Basic search engine optimization (SEO) setup and analytics integration.
Final testing, troubleshooting, and launch of the live site at https://www.iregsworld.com.
Key deliverables included a fully functional and secure website, optimized for desktop and mobile devices, integrated with automation tools, and ready for public launch.

The project delivered several tangible and measurable outcomes that clearly demonstrate its success:

Full website launch: IREGS World’s official website was successfully launched on the new domain (www.iregsworld.com), fully operational and publicly accessible.
Security & performance certification: The site achieved an A+ SSL rating from Qualys SSL Labs, confirming industry-leading security, encryption, and configuration.
Live functional forms: Two key operational systems—the Fixed-Price Service Request Form and the Consultant Roster Registration Form—were fully integrated and are now capturing data and routing submissions correctly.
Analytics activation: Google Analytics 4 was integrated and is actively collecting traffic data, enabling measurement of user engagement, page performance, and visitor trends.
Increased visibility: Following launch, the IREGS World LinkedIn page and website announcements generated new traffic, profile visits, and consultant roster registrations.
Cross-platform integration: The website was smoothly connected with automation tools (Make.com) and Microsoft 365 email systems, ensuring that all submissions are logged, stored, and actionable.
Mobile responsiveness: The site was fully optimized for mobile and tablet devices, improving accessibility and user experience across platforms.
Collectively, these outcomes demonstrate that the project advanced from design concept to a fully functional, secure, and integrated digital platform supporting IREGS World’s operations, branding, and outreach.

She maintained an organized and structured workflow from the initial design concepts through to final launch, ensuring that each stage of the project moved forward smoothly. All major deliverables—site structure, page designs, form integrations, domain connection, and final publication—were delivered on time and in line with the agreed sequence of tasks.

She responded to needs quickly and consistently. Whether it involved adjusting page layouts, refining content to match the IREGS World institutional tone, troubleshooting domain and DNS issues, or integrating external tools such as Webflow, Make.com, and Google Analytics, she demonstrated a high degree of flexibility and problem-solving. Her initial mock-ups already demonstrated a strong grasp of the tone, voice, and aesthetic I wanted for the firm, and she continued refining these ideas with remarkable clarity and intuition.

What stood out as truly unique was how easily she converted my high-level ideas—sometimes expressed only as concepts or preferences—into concrete design elements, functional page structures, and cohesive branding. VA DESIGNS has executed with a high level of aesthetics and design taste, which is a rare find. The design and refinement outcomes have been developed, as well as the design consultation. Our client has been very pleased with the design directions provided by VA DESIGNS. The website has an intuitive user flow and a well-thought-out design flow and microinteractions.  Developed a fantastic user-centered design that focuses on ease of use and reliability, making it a stand-out example of good UX. I would definitely love to work with them again.
