Very Very detailed and efficient. If something was not moving along, it's because of my schedule and their team was waiting on my feedback. Incredibly professional, was really a great experience.

I didn't feel like a number or a paycheck. They were personable, honest, and professional. And bottom line they got the job done right. Hard to say a lot of places do any of that anymore.

Everything was INCREDIBLE!!!! I seriously think we would of paid double or triple with a different company opposed to what we paid SEO Werks to know be #1 in our Market almost overnight (3 Months) Don't miss out on working with these guys.

We were already working with them at the time and they suggested this idea to us to help increase our Google search rankings and help potential customers find us easier.

We initially had a few meetings to discuss our needs and what they thought would be most beneficial to us when designing our new website. From there they went and worked on a first draft redesigning our old website into something newer and more efficient. Once they sent us over our first draft we went back and forth with their team making changes and sending over content for them to add to our web page. We made sure we had all of the features we needed. We also would let them know about any bugs and issues that we were seeing on our end which they then would fix. They had a dedicated employee who was corresponding with us on the website the entire time which was very useful. They were highly motivated to get our project done and our web traffic and rankings have increased since then.

There was a dedicated employee who was very responsive and helpful. We also had meetings with other members from their team to discuss project goals and how things were progressing. They sent all of our feedback to their web development team who updated things.

There were three areas of improvement with our new website.

1. The new design was more aesthetically pleasing and easier to navigate
2. Our new website metrics increased from poor grades (C, D, F) to fantastic grades (A)

The project manager who I have referenced in other comments was fantastic. They walked us through the process and let us know what to expect. And kept us updated constantly throughout the redesign. They quickly addressed all of the feedback we offered.

What was the best about working with SEO Werkz was their team was always in contact and easy to reach. We rarely waited for more than a day for someone to get back to us with feedback on an issue. In summary, their communication was fantastic!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing that could be improved upon was that sometimes their web developers would not catch small bugs and would have to be reminded a few times to fix the issues instead of proactively fixing it.
