Unified was engaged in projects for multiple end customers to deliver specialized consulting projects focused on AWS Organizations infrastructure setup, Azure Entra ID integration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipeline implementation. Each project was tailored to the unique requirements of the customer but consistently adhered to AWS best practices, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and automation.
Below is a summary of three representative projects delivered for different customers.
- Project 1: AWS Organizations & Governance Framework for a Global SaaS Provider
Objective:
Design and implement a secure, scalable multi-account AWS Organizations structure to support the customer’s growing SaaS platform.
Scope of Work:
Established an AWS Organizations hierarchy with Organizational Units (OUs) for Production, Development, and Testing environments.
Applied Service Control Policies (SCPs) to enforce security and compliance boundaries.
Deployed AWS Control Tower to automate new account provisioning and ensure governance baselines.
Centralized logging and security monitoring through dedicated accounts.
