I am an owner of Fiasco Ltd and the Head of Sales and Marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Unbound, and what were your goals?

When Covid lockdowns hit in March 2020 we got the jump on them by two weeks and pivoted from our Road Case B2B sales business to creating Work From Home Desks which became an online B2C Ecommerce play. Our goal was survival but with the help of Unbound we thrived... and doubled our revenue and staff.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Unbound came recommended to us by two trusted companies we have worked with in the past. Despite the haste and the lockdowns we still vetted two other alternatives including a competitor of Unbound's that we had worked with before. A clear willingness to get the job done, have open communication and to let us grow and learn as we went where important factors in us partnering with Quentin and his team at Unbound.

Setup Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook and Instagram advertising for two newly created two websites - one in NZ & one in the USA. Along with a third NZ website project. The goal was to return a 4x ROAS in the first 90 days to help us survive. Did I mention we thrived!

I'm sure it was more than just Quentin and Christy managing our account and making it happen but they were the two we worked with week to week.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our ecommerce stores grew from nothing to five figures in 30 days and into six figures a month within 90 days.

Until the lockdowns ended we did everything via Google meet. I meet Quentin for the first time in person four months after we started working with each other. We meet at least once a week in those early weeks and then once a fortnight.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Quentin is not fazed and is up for a challenge. I set a bar higher than most and I always felt I was working with someone that understood the job at hand and what it would take to succeed as we worked together.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

How to find long term scale became the issue for us. We grew to the point that we decided to bring ecommerce management in house. This process took over a year and Quentin walked with us until we were ready to be set free. I will always appreciated that skill of being able to help, grow and then let go that Quentin demonstrated.

I am the owner of a safety sign manufacturing company, and we offer consumer products to end users and businesses across NZ.

I had given up on digital marketing, mainly because someone from Google India would ring me and give me advice that generally spent a lot of our digital marketing budget but got very little results, I decided to try one more time with a local business (Unbound Digital), as we wanted to generate cash from our website via google marketing.

Previously someone from overseas would call and try to talk me through what to do. Rather than an unknown from overseas calling me, I wanted someone to set it up, get results, and keep the results coming.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I decided if I wanted someone to help with google, they needed to turn up high in a google search. Unbound was clearly visible in the top results.

We met in person, we talked about the deliverables, and very quickly they got to work and got our digital marketing generating results. Google ads and Google shopping.

1 direct interface (account manager) but I know there is a team of experts supporting them.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcomes were simple to measure as before we engaged them we weren't generating sales, not long after they started the results (sales) that we weren't used to started flowing in regularly.

Clear communication, fast implementation. Super effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They turned me from a google skeptic to a very happy business owner. As mentioned earlier, I was ready to give up, now I wouldn't be without Unbound Digital's services.

Excellent job being done by Quentin and team. We're a small Kiwi company trying to break into a niche market in the US. And after using Unbound's SEO strategies for the last 3 months, we're starting to see a positive shift in the amount of form enquiries being filled out by sales prospects. Long may it continue!
