I’m the marketing and customer care manager for Vtel, an internet service provider (ISP) company. We provide internet connection through fiberoptics.

What challenge were you trying to address with UBlac Agency?

As the new marketing manager, I needed to develop a good brand and a strong identity for the company. We had very weak branding and were not positioned elegantly. It didn’t represent the segment in a good way, so I turned to Ublac Agency to help us reshape our identity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ublac Agency changed our brand identity and helped us with digital marketing. We discussed the company’s segment and target audience, and they proposed two possible brand identities that we could go with. When we finally agreed on one concept, the team produced a logo with samples of how it would look like printed on different media.

We then went into changing the whole company identity, but unfortunately had to postpone all of our branding efforts due to a change in our company’s management. Ublac Agency decided to do our digital marketing in the meantime.

We agreed on an annual plan for how we’d approach our customers and what kind of posts we’d publish on our social media platforms. Ublac Agency acted as our advisors and consultants during this time. 

How did you come to work with UBlac Agency?

We tried two different branding and digital marketing agencies before UBlac Agency called us. I met with them and liked how they worked. From that first meeting, I knew they were going to be right people for the job. They did branding like a science. I loved their approach and I loved that they understood what I was looking for. They were the only agency that I asked for a second interview with our general manager. 

How much have you invested with them?

We paid $5,000 for the branding, and we’re currently investing $20,000 per year for digital marketing.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2017 and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Ublac Agency produced a very elegant logo for us. It told the exact story that we wanted to show to our audience. It affected how we were perceived and positioned in the corporate market and earned us a lot of good feedback from our board of directors. We’re all in love with our new brand.

Our engagement also got a boost from their creative and engaging posts. Though we weren’t looking at the number of likes we were getting, we saw that a lot of people had become interested in the our services. The ads were well targeted and whenever we got a sponsor on social media, we’d have a very big response rate. 

How did UBlac Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

The team never missed a deadline. If they needed to postpone something, they provided a new deadline and committed to delivering on that date. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ublac Agency was able to shift from being a vendor to being a consultant, which was the value behind the money we paid them. Our new general manager initially questioned why we were paying them so much, but changed his opinions once he saw the outcome of their work. 

The team knew what they’re doing and gave us very good advice. They backed me up in areas I wasn’t experienced in, which was both a comfort and a relief.

No, I’m really satisfied with their work. They deserve to have more customers because they have so much potential.

Don’t hesitate to work with Ublac Agency because here’s value in partnering with them. People love to change their digital marketing agency every 2–3 years because they need more ideas and creativity, but that won’t be necessary with this team. They’re good at everything.

Karnig (Rolex Jordan) was looking to create a rigid website for their digital presence as they need it to have a formal layout and have solid back-end development, furthermore, they need it to be secure and dynamic. We at UBlac worked with them to achieve their website project and made optimized pages with responsive design.


### INTRODUCING THE IDENTITY FOR AXE RAGE ROOMS
We made social media buzz after our teasing campaign; the objectives have delivered well to the audience, and they interacted with the brand on social media networks. We used that buzz in our pre-opening campaign in different posts.

Our main goal was to create a social media buzz and to let the name Qenwa go insanely viral without letting anyone know what they did, just to add a bit of suspense! We successfully designed a teaser campaign by creating a hashtag and through social media designs.

Our main challenge was to change people’s behavior about online shopping, therefore we wanted to create a friendly brand that can meet the expectations of our customers and fulfill their day to day needs and wants, and make them trust the brand and what they offer.

Karnig asked us: how can we implement the Karnig name into people’s perceptions while creating a new Logo that aligns with today’s changing times. Over the years the name of Karnig has been lost in the wind, by being soul known as Rolex’s retailer, building this image back up is the main challenge for their re-branding. Rotating around the main challenge allowed for another area to be disclosed, the positioning of Karnig’s identity into the rise of this era’s development. The Owner’s desire for the re Branding was to have a similar interpretation of their current brand but modified in order to be parallel with this modernized era.
