What We Do and How We Work We start with stakeholder and user interviews, we carry out focus groups, mapping, modeling, then we prototype and test these prototypes with real users, and finally, after several iterations, we advance with the development over a validated design. At the end of the process, we test the developed product again in order to detect the last improvement opportunities and polish the final details, thus obtaining our first-class product. The tools used for the UX design and testing are mainly Figma, Anima, and Framer. We use our own design systems or open-source such as Material UI. The tests are carried out virtually or face-to-face depending on the project needs. For the frontend development, we mainly use React.js technology. Regarding work methodologies, the team adapts to the client's work modality, generally, we apply agile methodologies throughout the entire design process, SCRUM or LEAN UX. Thanks to an atomic design system, we can turn a design in Figma into code in a simple way.

The project consisted of the development of an institutional website in WordPress with the aim of reflecting our corporate culture and strengthening our online presence. Starting in July and finishing in September, the work ranged from research and planning to design and development of the site.
Meetings were held to define the site's objectives and structure, then we moved into a design phase that included several meetings to validate and fine-tune the design to ensure it met the expectations and preferences of our team. This collaborative process allowed us to create a visual design that truly reflected our identity and needs. We first contacted Tuxdi with the need to integrate two critical functionalities into our Humanage application: One was the integration of the "NATION" digital signature, and the other was the digitization of documents through intelligent scanning. These features were essential for the operation of our product, and the Tuxdi team implemented them very efficiently and also provided us with innovative solutions that exceeded our expectations.
After completing these tasks, the Tuxdi team continued to work with us, helping us to polish our project and, after a lot of hard work, to achieve the final launch of the final product.
In addition, we would like to highlight the valuable support they provided in developing test environments and translating the site into other languages. Their experience and professionalism were evident at every stage of the process.
We are currently still working with them on our web platforms.

In addition, a full user experience (UX) audit was conducted to uncover areas of improvement and optimize site navigation. Technical adjustments and optimizations were made to improve the overall performance of the website. Finally, G Suite mail was configured to improve internal communication and collaboration. The main goal of this project was to redesign completely the look and feel of the old website of Creditos en USA, starting with our brand, we looked for an modern and distinctive style. To achieve all this, the Tuxdi team set out to develop designs that would perfectly reflect our identity and significantly improve the overall user experience of the site. Tuxdi carried out an extremely orderly and efficient work and management. They implemented UX research methods to identify what were the problems we had on the platform. They first conducted one-on-one interviews with platform users, stakeholders and travelers from around the world to understand in depth how GrowPro works, to understand what ailments were experienced in the flow of course purchases, and how to improve the platform experience.
With the data collected, they implemented different techniques and tools that allowed them to sort and understand the information, and define who the customer was, who the users were, and what our business model was. Along with this, Tuxdi prepared a detailed report where they compiled each and every one of the conclusions and findings of each technique they applied. The report was of great help for the direction that the redesign of the interface should take, as well as to know the image that the users had of the brand and the points of improvement in the internal processes.
Regarding the design stage, they began to prototype with the information gathered in the previous stage. The first designs were made in low fidelity (paper). After several quick iterations, they found the best way to order, display and navigate the information. After this, they moved on to designing the screens in medium and high fidelity. Here they defined the general layout of the screens, created the high-fidelity prototype, improved and streamlined the design, and defined a fresh, youthful and user-friendly new visual.
As a final step, based on Atomic Design, they defined each component in detail and passed it to the development team to bring these components to life. Finally, they migrated the technology page from PHP to React + Next.js. With the change of technology they achieved a better performing, faster and more SEO friendly development.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project was a success. A remarkable improvement was achieved in terms of usability and satisfaction with our new website. Tuxdi has implemented significant improvements in the usability of our website, which has had a noticeable impact on user satisfaction and conversion rate.
According to official metrics, we have been able to increase conversion greatly, indicating that the changes they have made had a positive impact on user interaction with our website. In addition, thanks to the usability tests they have conducted, we found that users find it much easier and more pleasant to navigate our site.

The project had two phases, the first part of discovery and redesign was long, with a lot of research and a lot of rethinking of processes, but we believe it was worth the effort. The second phase, development, was smoother and the result was very good, Tuxdi integrated very well with the GrowPro development team and they achieved a very good product in a reasonable time. We could say that the overall project management was good and clean.

The project started with the design of Wordpress websites. As the project progressed we designed custom websites in WordPress, PHP, Laravel and React. At the same time, we also carried out marketing campaigns and SEO/SEM positioning. As time went by, we achieved a very good partnership with Tuxdi.

It depends on the project. In terms of SEO/SEM positioning, we improved conversions by 300%; and on the web design side, there was a significant change and improvement in the image of the brands we work with.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
In every project, deadlines, a general estimate and a budget are proposed, and although deadlines are often modified on the fly, due to changing orders, there was always a good communication with Tuxdi and we reached a continuous agreement on deliveries, budget and deadlines.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Tuxdi adapts to all the things we ask them for. Generally our requests vary in technology and so on, and they are always responsive.

For the redesign of the virtual education platform of the Faculty of Economics of the University of the center of Buenos Aires. On the one hand, the Faculty sought to optimize the platform and adapt it to the new and diverse needs of the teachers and students, and on the other hand, the Faculty sought to redesign the interface in order to further improve the experience of all users.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
I think the project was a total success, we achieved a significant improvement in the usability of the virtual campus, where students and teachers found themselves in front of a more practical and intuitive platform.
Tuxdi managed to significantly improve the usability of the platform and this was demonstrated by the results of the different stages of testing that were carried out. We were surprised by the different testimonies from students and teachers where they mentioned how practical and intuitive they found the new design.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Regarding project management, it was estimated to last four months, with dates for interviews, testing, reports, test results and prototypes. That is to say, prior to the beginning of the project, a chronogram was drawn up for the correct execution of the project and we were able to meet the deadlines. In this sense, Tuxdi pleasantly surprised us.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were very thorough and detailed in their research, and the team was also very creative in solving the problems that the interface presented. On the other hand, Tuxdi's expertise in software architecture made the proposals presented easy to implement and at the same time maximized usability, which is difficult to find nowadays.

Sure. We improve our news site and that reflect in the Analytics: a 300% growth in a year. ViamoTutti, launched the last year, is increasing the traffic and make me able to keep in touch with very important companies in Argentina, such Sancor Seguros, YPF and CESVI

As I said, they are very responsable in all the tasks. We use Trello to keep all the tasks in order; Slack and Google HangOuts to communicate; GitHub for all repositories.

We appreciated how simple working with them was. We can talk everyday with all the people there, in a very horizontal way. So there are never misunderstandings.

Sometimes, the price estimation are not exact. But we understand than in that industry, you can't estimate with a 100% accuracy all the project.
