I’m the founder and owner of a naturally derived line of sunless tanning products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Trusted Search Marketing?

My husband and I didn’t have a marketing degree, and we felt we had tapped out our own knowledge as marketing for our business. We needed professionals that could help us take our business to the next level.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we were looking for growth. Trusted Search Marketing started helping us with PPC on Google, Instagram, and Facebook. The team put together a lot of new product images. As we grew, we asked them to help us with SEO as well. Recently, they started working on blog content and keyword research Additionally, they give strategy suggestions.

We worked with Oliver (Owner), Charles (PPC Specialist), Allison (Marketing Account Specialist), and Julia (Digital Marketing Strategist & Manager).

They were recommended to us by another business. In our initial phone call with Oliver, we felt really confident talking with him.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $9,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In regards to PPC, we jumped from $8,000 in sales per month to $40,000. Unfortunately, those numbers decreased again when iOS released its new privacy update.

How did Trusted Search Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been incredible to work with. They’re professional but they also customize things to what our needs are.

For example, because we’re going into a slower season, Oliver has offered to give us even more of a discount than we were already getting. The team also did the videography and photography at their own expense. Trusted Search Marketing continues to go above and beyond.

We have a video call once monthly where we go over all the conversion rates. Otherwise, we typically communicate through email. We’re also open to call as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Trusted Search Marketing is 100% trustworthy; their name fits them to a T. The team is also extremely professional. It’s really reassuring.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’ve been really happy so far.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to ask for what you need and what you feel your company needs. Having clear communication is important. They always leave decisions up to me as the business owner.

I am the owner of a garage door and garage door operator installing company. We sell and service both residential and commercial garage doors and operators. I started the business in October 2020.

Price point was good. They seemed very motivated when I first met with them.

Since I am a start up, the first thing was to just get me on the map. They have added and updated content on the Wix website that I had initially set up. They also did a promo video for me

I originally worked with the owner and he assigned an SEO specialist to me.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since starting with SEO, we are ranking on or close to the first page with several keywords. I often ask new clients how they heard about me and I'm getting more that are saying that they just googled "local garage door company" or something similar and they found me.

They have been great at communicating! They send me reminders of things that I need to do or send to them. We mostly email with an occasional phone call. I've also set up a shared album on my phone so they can see project pictures as I take them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As the owner of a new company, I don't feel the need to manage them. They communicate well and deliver results. I've worked with other marketing agencies in the past that would overpromise and underdeliver. Not the case with Trusted.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at this time, they have gone above and beyond my expectations.

I am the Director of Marketing for a SaaS company that provides lead generation services to clients in different industries and verticles.

We selected this vendor because of their expertise and past partnerships with them.

For this project, Trusted Search started with the discovery phrase where they learned about our brand, audience, and goals. Then, they worked with us to do a keyword research with SEMrush and Ahrefs and Screaming Frog to perform a content and onsite audit that helped us determine how our current pages were performing and what changes we needed to make to optimize our website. After providing us with a the keyword research and content and onsite audits they helped by implementing the changes they suggested to help our website perform better in Google and Bing.

We worked with a digital project manager and content team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were very pleased with the results that Trusted Search Marketing provided to our website. We saw a 2050% increase in traffic within the first year of using Trusted Search Marketing's team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked very closely with the Trusted Search Marketing team. They were very attentive and responded to emails immediately. We also had in-person meetings once a month as well as many phone calls and touchpoints.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Trusted Search Marketing's expertise and honesty were what we valued the most. They were straightforward with us and told us exactly what they believed we should do to increase our rankings. They didn't try to sell us things that we didn't need. They also provided detailed reports and audits that explained exactly what theywe did to our website and the exact results it provided. These reports were very helpful and useful to send to upper management.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so. We are very happy with the results they provided to us.
