We have been around for over 20 years as a consulting and technology curriculum company. We help schools with technology teachers, hardware, software, and technology curriculum. I am the Director of Operations and Educational Services.

We have yet to crack the marketing piece. We did not show up on any search with key terms related to our industry. Our goal is to be on the first page of a Google search and show up in other searches.

We interviewed numerous companies and hear their suggestions. Torchlight explained the process in a way that made sense. They've listened to our goals and understood our product.

Our team began with explaining who we were and what we needed. They then came up with a plan and presented that plan to our team. From there they showed us where we might be struggling and their plan to fix it. They will work on different pages to grow our SEO. They will help us with keywords, ppc, and Google adds.

So far we are moving up on the search and we as a company understand better what is needed. The Torchlight team has been very patient with us as we work to understand what is needed.

We needed assistance with brand visibility and our social media & Google ads management, analysis and evaluation of spend. Our goal was to increase our site traffic and conversions while optimizing our ad spend.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Torchlight came highly recommended to me by our IT Consultant. We went with Torchlight because they are honest, provide deliverables on time and go above and beyond when it comes to reporting. The team has excellent communication skills and consistently strives to exceed expectations. The Torchlight team is very supportive, collaborative and easy to work with.

Right out of the gate during our introductory meeting Josh logged in to our Google account and provided insight on the spot. This blew me away! Having worked with other vendors who wanted money up front before listening to my goals or even bothering to know my business, I knew Torchlight was trustworthy. Within a week they emailed a comprehensive review of our website and strategic marketing plan.

In the year we have worked with the Torchlight team we have grown our followers on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube views. More importantly we grew our email database. Key deliverables would be increase site traffic, increased conversions and better allocation of our ad spend.

At least 3 senior level team members including Josh, the CEO. The entire team is helpful, responsive and wants to see their clients succeed. They genuinely care about their clients and we meet with at least one member of the Torchlight team weekly. Plus we receive comprehensive weekly reports of our progress with recommendations for new strategies (where applicable.)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Upon launch Torchlight Marketing was able to put the integration in place so we could have our ROI of each advertising effort calculated immediately. Within the first week of onboarding they performed an audit of our current Digital Advertising and providing a Strategy document with immediate recommendations. Specifically they improved our Search Advertising by over 50%.

With the monthly Reporting and the strategy sessions alternating every 2 weeks they have provided my team with more bandwidth to focus on design. We will be contracting with them to add our Amazon, TikTok and YouTube accounts this month as a result of the success we have had with Torchlight.

EXCELLENT. Torchlight is truly an extension of our own team. We love working with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Honesty, integrity and collaboration. Unlike the other vendors/companies we have contracted with in the past, there is no mystery or "pulling of teeth" to understand metrics, reporting or strategy working with Torchlight. We trust them as our experts and we see successful results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. If there were, any outstanding issues or concerns would have been addressed during our touchpoint meetings and resolved. We see Torchlight as a partner and will continue to work with them.

I believe I found the organization on Google. I called, and one thing led to another, and they continued to deliver as promised. We are very pleased with the services.

I am not qualified to do this. I gave Torchlight Marketing an objective and asked them to have it done quickly and, please try not to kill me on the price. They over-delivered on both requests.
