We're a SaaS company and our marketing website is a critical part of how we attract and convert customers, so having a reliable team to keep it in great shape is really important to us.

Tilipman Digital have become a trusted extension of our team, handling the ongoing maintenance and management of our Webflow site. Day-to-day, they make sure everything is running smoothly, whether that's fixing issues as they come up or keeping things optimised behind the scenes.

What stands out most is the blend of skills they bring. A lot of agencies are either great to work with or technically strong, but Tilipman Digital are both.

They're genuinely friendly and easy to communicate with, and the quality of work is always there too. They are well-versed in technology and our industry, so they pick things up quickly and rarely need much hand-holding.

Their attention to detail is also really impressive, which makes a real difference day to day.

Honestly it's hard to think of much. There were moments early on with a bit more back and forth, but they proactively grew the team and it's been really seamless ever since. It speaks to how much they care about getting it right.

Tilipman Digital completely redesigned our website to give it a more modern look and feel. They built and deployed the website, handling everything from content flow and information architecture on the page to designing graphics and assets for the site itself.

We found Tilipman Digital through a referral from someone at my previous company. I had a great experience using them at my previous company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from March–May 2025. We have decided to keep them on a retainer to help us maintain the website going forward.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As soon as we implemented the new website, our traffic increased by 100%, and our conversions jumped by 120%.

How did Tilipman Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Tilipman Digital was very responsive, especially over Slack, and they got everything done on time. Any delays were caused by us, not them. I am very pleased with their timeliness and the quality of their work. I have no complaints whatsoever.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate both their design skill and their focus on conversion. With other agencies, you either get great design with a complete neglect of how conversions work on the website, or you get a website that's maximized for conversion, but the design quality isn't there. Tilipman Digital is the perfect balance of the two.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This is a really small nit, and they did a decent job. I would say pushing us more to hit the deadline would be helpful. Any delays in deliverables were on our part and due to getting key stakeholder approval to move forward with certain items. Just a very minor piece of feedback on the project management side would be to set clear consequences if the key stakeholder does not review it by a certain time.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tilipman Digital?

We needed to reach a 90+ health score in the SEMrush audit tool. We had a score of 78 at the time. We also had problems ranking for different keywords related to our core offering.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tilipman Digital has been helping us improve our technical SEO. Their work has included cleaning up the sitemap, adding robot tags, adding hreflang tags, cleaning up crucial errors in Google Search Console, and fixing broken links. They’ve also assisted our development team in executing the technical SEO work and polishing the state of the site.

Additionally, they’ve created a content plan to help us rank for the targeted keyword cluster. This plan includes topics, clusters, and outlines as deliverables. It also includes cases where our team writes the content and where Tilipman Digital writes the content.

Moreover, they’ve conducted SEO audits and created strategies, done competitor and keyword research, created content briefs, and provided content and on-page optimization for four pages per month. They’ve also done technical SEO analysis, fixes, and implementation support, as well as monthly SEO performance tracking and adjustments.

We’ve worked with Evgenii (SEO Specialist) and Petar (SEO Specialist).

We found them through a referral from our accountant. Over a long period of time, we exchanged thoughts and opinions on SEO. Once they scoped our project request, we chose them for their expertise and fair pricing.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started with a 78 score and finished with a 95. We’ve also reduced 400 errors and a few thousand warnings. In the short term, we’ve had speedier visits and traffic. We can see more traffic being captured by organic keywords beyond our closest competitor. We used to have 1,200 organic keyword appearances, and now we’re well above 1,800.

How did Tilipman Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve met every deadline with the correct deliverables. They’ve been the best vendor we’ve had. They’ve always adapted to our needs and have bi-weekly calls, sometimes weekly. They’re also quick to respond via Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their SEO knowledge is impressive. Their predisposition and willingness to help beyond the scope to get the job done is also impressive.

It’s difficult to say what they could improve because SEO takes time to impact results. They’ve done an amazing job with technical SEO fixes. The fact that we’ve had zero downtime and SEO hasn’t been affected negatively at all speaks volumes.
