How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I looked for a local designer who worked with Wordpress sites. Kirsty met with me and her enthusiasm and professionalism sold me.

After a meeting with Kirsty, a quote was provided. Once accepted, a draft design was completed and from there, the complete redesign went ahead.

The website looks terrific and has a fresh, clean and professional layout that matches the brief.

Kirsty was very easy to communicate with and prompt with project delivery and communication. The entire process was easy and enjoyable.

I appreciated Kirsty's dedication to bringing my idea to life.

Our website was initially created by another development team, had no security features and was very out dated. We hired Thorn Creative to update our site to assist with improving our traffic.

We looked for local web developers in our area that provided quality work without the huge price tag.

We held a few meetings to discuss some changes required. It was an enjoyable experience, and we received our desired outcome.

We worked with the one Project Manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new design was implemented easily and we are happy with the outcome. Our web site traffic has increased.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to deal with. When changes were needed all that was required was a quick email or phone call and within a few hours the website was updated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their knowledge and appreciated their patience in explaining the steps required in terminology that was easy to understand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At this stage, there is nothing that could have been done differently or improved. The finished product is worth every cent.
