The scope of work centered on social media content support for Tree Naturals, including trend research, creative direction, content planning support, and video editing. I brought them on to help lighten my workload and streamline the content creation process so I was not spending so much time researching trends, deciding what to film, and editing everything myself. They helped translate ideas into content that felt more current, engaging, and aligned with my brand.

Key deliverables included identifying relevant social media trends and content opportunities, providing guidance on content to film, editing short-form videos for social platforms, and helping improve the consistency and quality of our overall online presence. Their support also played a role in helping me become more comfortable showing up on camera and creating founder-led content for the brand.

Revitalized audience growth after a long period of stagnation, increasing followers from 14,000 to 15,500 within a few months while improving overall engagement and attracting a more relevant target audience.

Drove a 25.46% increase in Black Friday–Cyber Monday (BFCM) revenue through a social-first marketing strategy, using targeted promotional content, strategic campaign timing, and platform-optimized messaging to drive traffic and conversions during the peak sales period.

Increased the number of organic UGC and collaboration inquiries generated through Instagram engagement, helping expand brand visibility and create additional partnership opportunities through inbound interest from creators and collaborators.
