ThePact is a video production agency responsible for creating high-quality video content for our brand. The primary goal of their work is to grow our TikTok channel by producing engaging videos that attract both B2B and B2C audiences. Additionally, their content supports overall brand awareness and branding efforts across our social media platforms. We started by analyzing the current state of our two YT channels as well as what the competitors were doing. Then, we build together a working process for a long-term collaboration where we'd work together on planning our upcoming videos - what they would be about and how the scripts should be outlined. In the span of year and a half we produced more than 50, 60 videos for our games with The Pact - we filmed them at their studio, using latest technology, and we relied on them for the post production and advices on how to optimize the performance of the said videos. 

The videos can be seen on the official channels of "March of Empires" & "War Planet Online". The results were great and we managed to outperform a lot of our competitors' channels.

The performance of our YouTube channels:

• audience growth;

For more than year and a half, I don't remember many cases in which something wasn't delivered on time - on the contrary, they would work exceptionally fast when some of the footage we were supposed to provide came late. In such cases The Pact would make sure they work even outside of regular working hours to deliver the content on time, knowing very well how important this was for our projects. 

We were having weekly meetings to discuss how the channels were performing, to plan next steps and highlight any potential issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'd say their passion towards their craft. They really made sure that the results were as close to perfection as possible and would ask us to make multiple takes even when we were happy with the recordings. It wasn't just about getting the task done, but to be done in a way that would really stand out with the competition.

I believe they have to be careful with the amount of work they take considering their recent growth and to be ready to scale-up their team, if needed.
