What challenge were you trying to address with Thanksweb?

We were looking for a web design and development company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Thanksweb developed the site from scratch based on our requirements. The site is on WordPress, so we can edit content ourselves on the backend.

What is the team composition?

We work directly with the project manager, but I believe there are four people working on our project.

How did you come to work with Thanksweb?

I searched Google for web design companies and got 4–5 quotes. I found Gaurav (CEO) to be very talented, and his quote was perfect for our budget.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $1,000 on the development of the site. We now spend around $100 per month on maintenance.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've worked together since March 2020. They finished the site in May, but we've continued to work with them for design and maintenance services. We’re considering using them for SEO services in the near future as well.

They provide us with great web design and maintenance services.

How did Thanksweb perform from a project management standpoint?

They were perfect in this respect. The project manager is in touch with us every 2–3 days to discuss their team's progress. The communication is great, and they have a supportive team. We use WhatsApp for messaging, we have regular phone calls, and I visit their office occasionally. We’re not using project management tools, but they have their own staging server to show us ongoing website work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They offer excellent services for a fair price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I could mention for them to improve.

We basically work for the marketing of healthcare professionals, and we want Thanksweb to make a website for Patient on Click. Patient on Click's website development by Thanksweb was pretty extensive. They designed a sleek, user-friendly interface that was easy to navigate and informative. 

The website has parallax effects just the way we wanted it to be implemented along with responsive design to ensure seamless access to Patient on Click from any device. The deliverables included A responsive website with a practice assessment form.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to acquire clients (healthcare providers) soon after going online and we're receiving more queries every day.

They sorted the project well beginning from design, then making the content and later images. It was a pretty good experience even though they're not from the healthcare field they understood our requirements and delivered the finished product on time.

Their transparency is something that truly impressed us. If they didn't understand something or stuck up at some point, they contacted us immediately instead of wasting time, this helped in the completion of the project on time.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received a mobile responsive website as a finished product which was both fast and informative. After the completion of our website project we again took services of Thanksweb for our SEO and Digital Marketing and we're receiving good results due to our improved presence on search engine and social media platforms. We have started receiving more patients and so we are continuing our partnership with Thankweb for SEO as well as Digital Marketing.

What we have experienced with Thankweb is that they few days initially to understand the project better and we can understand now that it was best for our project only. They planned the whole project in a way that everything was in sync and we were in complete coordination with them. It was a teamwork and from website development, to image selection, and content creation every step was thoroughly planned and was finished on time. They implemented changes according to our needs as they occurred.

Management, quality control and support are a few things we admire about them. Everything is streamlined from project initiation and orientation up till now when they're handling our project for seo and digital marketing. Though we did not expect these at this price but they've surpassed our expectations.

Yes, though we are completely satisfied with their services, they can improve in terms of more graphics and content as in providing more animated or video content but at the price range they're working for we totally understand this.
