I’m the co-founder of PayHub Payments, a payment processing company focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses accept payments more efficiently. We provide customized payment solutions including in-person, mobile, and online processing, along with hands-on support and education to help business owners better understand and manage their payment systems.

Our existing website no longer reflected who we were as a company or the direction we were heading. We needed a complete redesign that modernized the look and feel, improved navigation, and more clearly communicated our services and value to prospective clients. The goal was to create a website that better supported sales conversations while positioning us for future growth and upcoming software initiatives.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After launching the new website, we saw immediate improvements in overall usability, clearer user navigation, and stronger engagement from prospective clients reaching out through the site. The new structure made it easier for visitors to understand our services and move toward contacting our team, which resulted in more qualified inbound inquiries and more productive initial conversations with potential clients.

Internally, our team also benefited from having a clearer framework to direct prospects to specific pages during the sales process. In addition, the website now provides a scalable foundation for future growth, allowing us to introduce new services and upcoming software initiatives without requiring structural changes. The project successfully aligned our online presence with our brand identity and positioned us more effectively for continued expansion.

I’m the founder of Knowbee, a knowledge base for enterprise company's. We help teams capture, approve, and find trusted company knowledge so everyone knows what’s current, approved, and safe to use.

What challenge were you trying to address with TeQ Mavens?

We needed help building a brand-new web app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TeQ Mavens built our app from the ground up. The team was responsible for creating user-friendly UX/UI designs, selecting the tech stack, keeping infrastructure costs low, integrating numerous other platforms, and including key security items to meet standards for the industry we sell to. Moreover, TeQ Mavens delivered an internal knowledge base with a document editor similar to Google Docs and Confluence. The team also created a complex infrastructure to layer a powerful AI search that gave clear answers quickly. Additionally, TeQ Mavens built an approval workflow feature that allowed content to be sent for approval, reviewed by the appropriate parties, and published for consumption by others. The team also integrated Zoom and Microsoft Teams to retrieve transcripts, summarize meeting notes, and make them accessible to meeting attendees.

We worked together from May 2024–December 2025 to successfully complete phase-1 of the initiative. We aim to begin phase-2 mid-2026.

TeQ Mavens successfully launched our product to consumers. They were there every step of the way and in every capacity. No problem was to big for them to solve, and solve well.

TeQ Mavens finished on time and within budget. We stayed closely aligned with weekly meetings, and project management via Jira.
