Teknon handled a lot of copywriting tasks for our company. To begin with, they wrote multiple articles for our official blog. They also came up with SEO-optimized copy for our landing pages. Their role was to write comprehensive, well-researched content and edit and optimize the content for search engines.

The first progress indicator was that each task was completed well within our scheduled timeline. We had a short time to get a lot of work done, and each piece was sent in good time.

What were your goals for this project?

From time to time, we add new clients to our marketplace. As a result, we always have a high content workload that needs to be completed within a short space of time. Our inhouse team couldn’t keep up with the load. We needed an additional team to supplement our in-house copywriters.

The duration of our collaboration speaks for itself. It’s been over two years now and we keep coming back to Teknon because they always deliver work meeting the requirements and deadlines. Sometimes, I ask Dereck for corrections and his team manages them promptly.

I am the CEO of staffBase, a company that helps employers monitor employee time of arrival and logged-in working hours, thereby, improving overall productivity.

For what projects/services did your company hire teknonCopywriters?

We reached out to Teknon to help us with translating Russian Articles on our blog to English. The team did a perfect job.

Often, our business model is misunderstood but these guys took their time to really understand the product and wrote the articles from an informed position. Most importantly they wrote in the native American English style we wanted.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted high quality, native English content localized for the native English audience, and also search engine optimized. Teknon more than met these expectations.

How did you select teknonCopywriters?

staffBase needed to expand beyond the Russian audience to English speakers. So we were looking for native English speakers who will do the job, without breaking our bank. I came across Dereck’s LinkedIn Profile, noticed his expertise in marketing, and reached out to him.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After we selected Teknon, we had a discovery meeting whereby we agreed on the conditions of our collaboration. We provided Teknon with an outline of Staffbase blog, and they translated it from Russian to English, adapting it to the native English speaking audience. They also do SEO very well.

It’s difficult to find native English copywriters in Europe, let alone affordable ones. Their quality of work is always impressive.

There were a few delays on the last project but they promised to fix it in future projects.
