Building a custom software that integrates custom SMTPs. Able to generate drag-and-drop workflows and send emails based on user journeys

They successfully delivered the project within the committed time frame, and the project has all the key features that we requested, including:SMTP integrations
Building of user journeys
Building of flows
Building of email templates and email newsletter sending automations

The project manager that we were in contact with: we had weekly meetings. They were always available for any urgent helps. They delivered the items on time as they promised.

It's really their technical understanding that was very unique. They were able to bring many ideas to the table that were really beneficial for our product. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something TekNexuss could have done differently?

Just one thing is that if they could have assisted us with some of the design skills, like their UX/UI for a better drag and draw builder, that could have been great, but we somehow managed it.
